I watched the 12 o' clock news earlier. No Story or mention of baby Gabriel... so sad :(

This bothers me. It is clear by their comments they truly thought of Gabe as officially their own. Now that everything has come to light about them allegedly trying to force LM to sign the adoption papers, they claim they were simply "babysitting". I call BS. They aren't going to post those words over a baby they were babysitting. And I believe Hannahs bio-dad, too, especially after hearing the S's pal Janet has shown questionable tactics to basically "steal" babies.

I hope LE has surveillance on these people.

Yep, lock, stock, and barrel.

I'm sure they do have surveillance on them. My theory is still that they (LE) know where Baby Gabriel is, Logan is in on it (hence he is not in the media), and LE is really, at this point, trying to concentrate on the wider scope and find everyone involved in this illegal activity. I really believe that we will see a very much alive Gabriel very soon -- but that's just MHO.

Why wouldn't EJ wait to speak to a lawyer. TPS sent her a message in that very first phone "interview" that said "you remember we offered to get you a lawyer....right?" or something like that. Not a direct quote.

Maybe that was code for "keep quiet" we're getting you a lawyer.

No wonder after the judge told her twice that a public defender had been assigned to her that she asked when she was getting her LAWYER.

At this point, how could TammiJack possibly justify paying for a lawyer for her if they had intended to?

Hopefully EJ will realize that she is truly on her own here when she talks with her public defender.

  • #365
Yep... evidently they adopted her from Jack's daughter and the biological father is not happy with all that.

I'm not sure but it's also possible Jack's daughter is older than Tammi. That makes sense given his age, but not so much sense that a woman that age would get pregnant and adopt the child out.

Does her first name start with a B by chance?

I have no suspicion, literally none that Logan has any idea what is going on. Seems the police are handling this the old way with Logan. One presser, one public plea and only a very few talk shows, then go home and wait by the phone. There's no reason to keep pleading for Gabe. If someone has him, they aren't going to bring him forward, as they know he is a stolen baby. If he's dead, pleas for his return are useless if made to anyone but EJ.
It has even been published in the media that LE asked him to stay out of the spotlight. He is not suspicious to me.

This is who you feel sorry for? I should add that this is his TN record, he is from TX. So who knows what record he has there.

...going back to TW, JS's SIL, H's father.....

If we believe his comment he left on that news story page, it sounds to me like he is saying that TS and JS somehow had him "set up" on 3 serious charges, then after they had absconded with his little girl, the charges were suddenly dropped, lack of a witness. He's saying that JS basically bought the witness to begin with. So he's in jail on false charges while they steal his daughter out from under him, and unable to do a thing about it.

If this is true, then the criminal record is all bogus anyway. I already have a bias against JS, when it comes to his credibility. I'm inclined to believe TW, at least until/unless I hear otherwise.

Not that he has anything to do with the whereabouts of Gabriel, but just as a side story, possibly shedding more light on the lengths the Smith's may go to to obtain children.

Good Ol' Nancy, always a day late and a dollar short. I haven't seen a true bombshell in over a year. matter of fact I can't remember the last true bombshell on her show.

The last one I can remember is when Casey was taken back into custody during her show. Ah, what a satisfying moment! I believe JVM was hosting that night, though. IIRC

I think NG gets a narrative in mind for a case, and is somehow unable to change it as circumstances and information change. She saw this as a story of how an evil mother killed a child that a wonderful couple was willing to adopt, and she is having trouble shifting that scenario in her mind to reflect the facts. Luckily, she has guests who aren't so blind.

But "bombshells"? Not to us. Heck, LE press conferences rarely bring a bombshell to WS. Our sleuthers are usually far ahead.

Three cases dismissed and he was allowed to plea out on the last one? Probably not as bad as it looks. imo

At the very least, I hope all of this is being looked into and by more folks now that the Biological father and his attorneys. I am wondering if that kidnapping charge is real similar to what Elizabeth did to Logan? I'm not saying it's probable, just that it's possible.

Maybe he was just doing what people here said Logan should have done with Gabe, taken him out of the house with him when he left. Maybe he was leaving the house with H because he didn't trust her mother and was afraid that she was going to give the baby to Tammi & Jack. Maybe the mom put up a fight, maybe he pushed her or something. You never know unless you can get ALL the documents!

This could be an example of what CAN happen when someone removes a child from a bad situation without prior approval!

TAW is only 33 and H is 5, so he would have only been 28 when she was born.

According to Travis she had a drug problem at the time, she was in rehab and maybe because of his legal problems she did not want Travis to have custody. Maybe he had a drug problem also? Really it is a responsible thing to do in that situation, it makes perfect sense.

Thank you, I didn't know for sure. I guess I still think 28 or 29 is a bit old to have an unplanned pregnancy and then adopt out your baby. Not that an unplanned pregnancy can't occur at any age, but I'm just surprised at that age she wouldn't keep her.

I can't say if it was the responsible thing to do as I'm not going to make any judgment about whether the father was fit to be a parent or not. I know you will say the court decided that, but I'm not so comfortable judging what went on there either.

Don't be so sure. It's the people on the blogs like us that are fed up with the way it's historically been. Time to make some substantial changes.

good point

I was feeling defeated when I posted that

The more I read about this, the more I think Gabe is alive and there is a HUGE back alley adoption ring going on with these people.

There was a comment from a local on one of the newspaper websites saying that the hotels she stayed at are known there for being used to house mothers attempting to adopt their babies out. Another comment says Janet M is known around there for being questionable and bringing mothers there to TX because of the lax adoptive laws.

Travis also stated that his wife's name, H's mother, is Nicki.

Ok if H's bio dad was 28, do you (or anyone) know how old the mom was?

Sorry if this has been posted I have tried to read everything but sometimes stuff falls off the wagon on the way to the shed. lol
