I don't think so - guess it depends on the length & severity of circumstances hence I wondered if there were any prior incidents with CPS

she could've easily been influenced to do the right thing if she had struggled for a lengthy time with substance abuse, which TW had indicated when he said something along the lines of they finally got her into rehab

anyway, idk if it really has anything to do with this or if there's an even bigger can of worms waiting at the end of that rainbow

HERE I know a lot of people do this so they can get government assistance. They get free medical care during the pregnancy.(have seen several younger girls do this, heck even some older ones)

Just another thought.

Iirc, the last time I gave birth in AZ (many eons ago), I was told I could give my baby any last name. I was married at the time, but they told me that they don't automatically add the last name to the bc, they ask before they fill it in. I still remember chuckling at the thought of giving my baby a rather unique last name.

wonder if the woman's a professional or what, scoping out overwhelmed single parents? (hmm, that kinda sounds like TFPS)

your sister has the woman's name & address right (from the police report)? she should do some serious sleuthing on that woman ... find out previous charges, see if she's hooked up somehow with any underground figures, everything really

maybe she's just a kook - either way she's dangerous IMO

god forbid that EJ handed her baby off and NOBODY ends up held responsible (aside from her) - they should all rot in prison together

I think it's appalling that the woman who attempted to kidnap your sister's child wasn't charged!

Oh I was livid!! I was called to come get the older kids in the middle of the night, when this happened. My sister did file a report, so in case she did this again to someone else. The Hospital staff or officer said she was mentally unstable, basicly, yes a kook, LOL. So no big connectoins.:snooty:

Are you sure she is re-married?? If this is her facebook then she is listed as being single, looking for men...... if this is her facebook then she was born in 72 which would make her 38 THIS YEAR. and she would have been about 33 when H was born (If H will be FIVE THIS year.)

As far as H's age I THOUGHT she was four! I think the other night on the NG show Jack said they have had her for four years since birth and adoption went through at two. let me see if i can find info

THanks -- confirmation of H age would help, as the fight where most of the charges were dropped except one to dv was when H was yet to be born, and possibly not yet conceived

Thanks -- it took me a long time to find N days ago lol, but duh after I found her I did not check for possible social sites -- I just basically wanted to know her age and whereabouts because of the TW and H situation --it is so strange

So I am off to find her there I guess -- I am not a friend of TS so I can't see the N post that has been referenced here

From what I have found (and I could be wrong because TW has stated that he is still JS' SIL so I am confused) I think she married man with the B last name -- (he's a couple years older) I suppose they could be divorced this soon IDK

I thought Tammi said they have had H since she was 4 mos old and I though, but not as sure, that she was at least formally adopted by the age of 2 (I have no idea where I got that idea now!). oh I think one of 'em said that in an interview - you're remembering it correctly - something about have had her since she was a baby & adopted her by the age of 2

My oldest doesn't have his father's last name. His father is not even on the birth certificate.

My twins have my last name and their father is on the birth certificate, was at the hospital and is still in their lives. In my opinion, the last name is a privilege that comes with marriage. They live with me 90% of the time and I take them to the Dr. and to school, etc. so I want them to have my name.

It was not his wife, He was originally charged with several aggravated assaults, and aggravated kidnapping. When the witness did not appear the more serious charges were dropped and he plead guilty to a lessor charge. In TX same story, more charges of the same.

My post about seeing it on the news yesterday that H was 4 1/2 might have been missed. This doesn't mean it's accurate, but I have confidence in that journalist.
