if you are not married... the father has to be present and show id to sign the birth cert, he has 30 days to show id to sign or it has to changed through the court system


My son bio mom. has two more kids same father but the second one father was there but did not have id so he could not sign the birth cert
the first one has his name and the second one has her last name

if your married does not matter if the father is there or not, the birth cert gets father and mother on the birth cert

I thought the Tempe police were going to do a press release every day. I have heard nothing from LE in the last two days. The last update on the website is 1/10/10. I really wish they would make some kind of statement every day to let us know what is going on.

Also, all the sleuthing into H's bio mom is pointless, in my opinion. How does this help find Gabriel? H's bio dad has put himself out there on the internet several times so sleuth away, but her mom has not. I think she should be left alone.

The more I think about the poly the more confused I get. I can see one of the Smiths test as coming back inconclusive but both of them? I would think that it would show whether or not one of them was being truthful. I do believe that they are not being 100% truthful but I don't know why the poly did not pick that up. Do you think it may have come back that they were not being truthful but LE didn't want to let that out in hopes that they would continue talking and trip themselves up?
Also, I don't like that there is no more news coming out about this. If baby Gabriel is alive, someone has him and the only way for him to be found is to keep his name and picture out there. I hate that the only people getting press on this is the Smiths. They are either liars or not relevent to this story. Not sure which but I wish there were another way to keep this in the news other then focusing on them.

IMO they came back inconclusive b/c they were both trying to 'beat' the system - if you google inconclusive polygraph results, there's some interesting info out there on how people can attempt to 'muddy the waters'

I am curious about her only to the extent of the Smith's adoption of H --and the claims that it was a shady deal --which might somehow be an indication of how Gabe went missing --and this train of thinking leaves me on the tracks of hope that Gabe IS alive and will be found

I'm also still not understanding - the birth mother has 3 other children yet she put this one up for adoption? And, the father has a 2 year old in addition?

If the people doing the adopting were the grandparents, it would be a mechanism to keep the child with the "right" family while completely cutting out the "wrong" family.

If TPS wants to be suspicious, that's fine. I told her the truth, that I don't know anyone involved in this saga, but I am curious about Gabe and would like to be able to access as much info as possible about those that were last known to be around him. She approved me anyway.

I totally agree with you. Trying to beat the test will give inconsistent results and make it impossible to "read" the results. For both of their tests to come back inconclusive is hinky to me. Also, trying to mess with the results does not allow you to pass the polygraph, it just makes the polygraph not be able to be analyzed correctly so you don't fail it. Remember how Jack said the only results possible were lie and inconclusive? Did he slip up there because those were the only two results that he and Tammy could get?

OH NO, it's not that; it's because TS had a STRONG reaction to Gabe's name because she loved him so much....:crazy: lol! She's such a doof. I'm sure Marc Klaas and many family members of the missing would have never passed polygraphs if that were the case.
