Maybe it has occurred to EJ that if they never find Gabriel she will be charged with murder, and not in AZ but TX since that is where he was last seen.

i have a question probably stupid question

my son bio mom. has his original birth cert and ss card.

If you take a kid to the doctor and show them the card and birth cert. do they run it through it a data base.

the birth cert is a certified copy. I did ask her for it but she said no. there no law saying she had to give it to me.
tecinally its not a valid birth cert, but looking at you would never know)

the baby selling people could they get a hold of birth cert that way
My sons last name is different now but he has the same ssn. they don't change ssn unless you have a really good reason to change it

Why would anyone take a social security card or birth certificate to a doctor to begin with? Billing sometimes ask for SS# but if you dont have it they still do bill insurance.

oh wow just finished catching up from this afternoon. WOW

The carseat: WHY bring a carseat INTO a hotelroom to CARRY out a baby?

If Tammi claims she pretty much had to 'beg' for babyitems from Elizabeth....WHY did she have a room set up for Gabriel with crib etc? Of course she had a carseat and coincidentally it is also tan colour.:waitasec:

Have you seen her house?? It's massive!!! HOW did she manage to go to a 'quieter place' in that huge house and not end up in her own bedroom for instance? A babyroom is hardly a quiet place! Not a place I'd go if I need to talk on the phone.
She just suddenly realized she had a tan xarseat also??? :banghead:

She makes no sense to me at all.

1830 'friends' and soon you'll be sitting ALL ALONE IN A QUIET PLACE!!

She doesn't watch any media at all.......she's just on it!!! Are you for real???

Ever think LE set this up?? Like a sting, to maybe see if they wills ay anything during the visit?

They now have the FBI Behavior Science Unit (or similar name) working on this, so I am sure they tape recorded it and will be looking at the 'body talk" as well as what was said :) Tammi is so obviously off in what she says though that I am not sure they need to do that!

I cannot help but still be suspicious of Tand JS. According to TS, EJ was in the airport having a hard time with the baby so she walked up to her, looked her in the eye, and said something to the effect of "What are you going to do with that baby?" That, IMHO, takes a lot of gall!! What did she know about this girl (not defending EJ as I think she is a kook) - but how did she know whether it was just a bad day, or if she was married, or lived with her parents, etc, etc, etc. I cannot imagine walking up to someone in a similar situation and doing what TS says she did. Sounds very predatory to me - like she is on the prowl looking for young girls who appear to be overwhelmed with their child/baby. All, IMHO, for the purpose of lining her pockets with the fee she gets. From comments she made early on in this case on the NG show I believe TS and JS are connected to some underground organization that arranges for illegal adoptions. Perhaps they have convinced themselves that what they are doing is a noble cause, and are hiding behind some misplaced religious fervor, all the while collecting brokers fees for the children adopted. I am at the point that I cannot stand looking at TS/JS or even listening to them when they are on NG. And I certainly hope that NG is not that naive to believe every word they say, as she seems to want us to think. This is a bizarre case with a number of bizarre characters. No outcome of this case could surprise me. Sadly, the biggest surprise to me would be to find Baby Gabriel alive, although I pray for exactly that.

Why did momster need a babysitter at the hotel? And, did the night clerk say momster came to the desk in the middle of the night for milk? They keep milk at the hotel desk??

Also, is Logans father a police officer? In Tempe?

I dont know where you got that story but it is not accurate.

Yes they do, the ones that serve continental breakfasts in the morning. I believe his dad is a police officer in AZ.

That is funny, the size of that house would give her many a quiet spots! As far as begging for baby items, maybe they had none initially when she gave the baby to them and she went out and bought a bunch of stuff. She did after all assume it was her new child.

Just how do you find a babysitter in a city you don't know and in a hotel you stay temp?? Did the clerk hook her up with that babysitter (young girl)? And how did this young girl get in touch with Tammi and why????

Just bouncing off your post Ransom if you don't mind..:) This may very well have been brought up and discussed and I have just missed it.. but I am very curious about this:

Tempe police said Johnson sent McQueary the threatening messages about their son before Dec. 26.

However, on Dec. 27, Johnson called and text messaged McQueary again and told him that she had killed the child, according to the court document and police

http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/story/149100

Do we have any idea what these prior threatening messages were? I know that we have read that EJ had threatened to do harm to Gabriel before. I wonder if that's was the other messages (or texts) were as well..and if so exactly what was said? LE won't release that information yet I don't imagine. I also wish we knew how far back in baby Gabriel's life these threats started. :(

No clue about the threats before Dec. 27th other than she trashed their apartment/mirror/things in/around July, but I have no clue about Dec. 26th.

AY Carumba ! Can we see the forest for the trees? TayJay give us the Truth you manipulators, IMO. ALl distraction, wait til the attorney speaks EJs words. Not TayJay. This is all as quasi-legal as the clinics are quasi-medical. Skirting the law for gain and profit, IMO.

You are such a hoot... just for that you get a BananaLama

"Assuming" this hotel serves continental breakfasts, I doubt it is prepared in the middle of the night. Or, that the food is kept at the front desk. On the other hand, someone said this particular hotel houses pregnant girls....so maybe milk and formula is a perk. :innocent:

Pretty close....but, nothing TS says is accurate, anyway.

I dont believe TS is evil at all. I think she genuinely cared about Gabriel and wanted to give him a good home. I think she has given the adopted daughter a good home, and many good experiences too. Much has been made about her other children being adopted by the step mom but I can see from her FB that they visited her, she was there for one child's sweet 16 party too. So she did have some sort of relationship with them. Even one of her daughters admits her dad is still in contact with TS so it cant be that bad of a relationship for him to willingly choose to talk with her since he has absolutely no obligation to do so! I think her intentions were good with Gabriel as I said and her overwhelming selfishness allowed her to see and believe what she wanted to, to get what she wanted. Maybe she even encouraged EJ to take off and hide for all I know but if EJ gave the baby away, or killed that baby I really doubt that was part of the plan! She may be morally culpable in this but she is no con artist that I can tell. I dont like that originally she wasnt forthcoming with information but still that doesnt mean she arranged this baby for sale.

Some hotels provide a list of babysitters. I think the babysitter got in touch with Yanni, Yami, whatever, and she called Tammi?? It's probably a lie, anyway. Tammi is a very good liar. MOO

Continental breakfasts usually are set up or out at 5am. Ive seen it done at 4am too. You would have to have it on site to do that. It is usually in a fridge behind the front desk, hidden from view.
