I'm probably way off or this has already been discussed but based on what I'm seeing or more importantly not seeing, I think they know or have Gabriel and that he's alive.
Gabe's Facebook admin's/ family members are oddly quiet, 7 hours ago one was going to eat and take a nap, which is fine but I'd expect her to end it with a mention of Gabriel or a "pray for Gabriel". Hardly anything since last night and I'm not feeling the same urgency on their parts. I've been watching coverage on Haiti so I haven't read much here today. Did EJ talk to her lawyer today ?

Okay, sorry about this..I went back and listened again to the NG phone interview with TS. I didn't hear TS correctly in my first thread. What TS actually said was that the EJ described the female person that she gave Baby Gabriel to hadvinglong blonde hair, etc. and TS said so she looks like you and EJ said yes. Still a crazy description. Can anyone of you pros post links to all of the Smiths interviews in one spot so we can listen to them in order. I would . but I'm not quite that savvy!!

Then at what point did the Smiths figure out they weren't going to get GJ back because the courts gave both parents joint custody by the time EJ got GJ from TSP.

How did the Smiths find out about the court papers, in court right? Did they meet her after the court hearing and hand him over? What I had heard is they gave him to her for a visit.

Sorry, but I am trying to clear this up in my head.

I believe they knew on the Dec. 14th when Elizabeth filed the hokey papers (and Tammi drove her to court) with Logan and CC as the suspected DNA father(s).

Just read on TPS facebook that she got a call from "her friend" from FOX news and he put a gal on the phone from the hotel who babysat GJ and she said he cried the whole time she took care of him.

Of course they already had a carseat. The little girl they have would still need to be in one. She is like 3.5 right? Perhaps they meant they didnt have one specifically for a baby or needed a second one to drive both kids. I'm not reading too much into it really if that is the case.

So in my mind, TSP handed the baby to EJ but knew exactly what was going on.

Another thing I remember hearing is TPS, an NG show from last week, when she liked EJ, That they talked everyday that she had GJ and then tonight, she berated her for not getting any info out of the "couple" who took the baby in SA. She said "remember we talked for two hours and told you everything about us at your trailer?"
So that brings me to another thought,,,,why didnt EJ know where they lived? Why did they meet at the church to transfer the baby? Is the church the middle ground or did TPS try and have EJ speak to a pastor or someone? Clearly TPS stayed in total control.

I don' have facebook so I can't read. BUT her friend from Fox (not FoxNews, but FoxSan Antonio) is a female ... Yami Virgin. Is this another friend? Confused.

See if I get this straight. According to EJ, she meets the desperate couple at the park. I thought I heard somewhere that she knew them for 3 days and they came to the hotel to pick up Gabriel, new car seat and adoption papers in hand. Aren't adoption papers a little redundant with an illegal adoption? I mean, if they are forging the papers they could forge her signature, too. They don't need her to sign anything. It's not like they are going to court and saying that they are adopting EJ's baby. And the car seat? Seems a little funny to me. EJ knows that everyone knows her car seat was in the car when it was found. She had to explain while she didn't need it anymore. I really hope there is a desperate couple that took baby Gabriel and he is safe somewhere. I hope we get to find out what happened to him.

There is a market for them, they are easy to refurbish and make new again imo ...
I wonder if the SMiths shared that little tidbit of info with LE about the computer being sold ? Or did they just find out from EJ. I certainly hope LE can find that computer and that was going to be my next question, has there been any warrants to search EJ"s home I can only hope they have but I have seen no indication of that at all.

After Logan denied signing the papers again for TS to adopt Gabe EJ may have already had a back up plan from someone else off of Craigslist if she really was determined to keep him from Logan.
Thinking out loud here and still behind ....

IMO the FBI -- don't they have jurisdiction in this case? -- anyway IMO the FBI does not necessarily need the laptop for what EJ was up to--
For Craigslist for instance, one needs to have both an email account and a craigslist account-- yeah, I suppose EJ could have created a new account for both once in SA, but IMO she did not demonstrate that kind of internet savy
She updated her MS page from Florida ! Um that's a silly move --
I think the FBI have means to trace any interactions on Craigslist if that is the way she did it
IMO SA was prearranged from some cash for expenses provided, GPS, hotel(s),to the couple arriving to pick up Gabe

There was a report of EJ using a computer at the hotel and I am sure they have taken care of that angle as well - all above IMO

Yep, Yep, Yep...... I so agree to all of the above. TPS controlled this whole thing, IMO. Elizabeth is smart, but she couldn't pull off this "illegal adoption" by herself. BOGUS, imo. sadly. :sick:
