Ok, I will go back and search. I knew her parents were deceased, but I never heard "murdered". YIKES. I knew about the 5 foster homes that Bob Johnson (grandfather) told us about. I just didn't know the "murder" thing. OFF to search. TIA.

BBM: That does not match with what I read/heard. The twins (Elizabeth/Robert) came back to AZ (after the foster homes) to be with their grandfather, not their bio-dad (he was dead). Gosh I have to search for "murdered" and "living with father in AZ". I may never come back. lol.

Elizabeth was in Boston (when Gabriel was about 1 month old) to see his other grandparent(s) according to Latisha Lance (sp) on HLN.

Off to search. Pray for me.

I don't remember hearing about her mom being murdered either. Maybe that's coming from other websites, or maybe I missed it, IDK. I do remember hearing that Elizabeth and Robert came to AZ to live with their dad, but I don't know how true that is. Hope you can find something. I'm praying for you!

Also, I was curious about what you said regarding Tammi begging for a carseat. Who was she begging and when? I don't recall anything about this.

Please do -- there have been a couple of posters on who know Logan -- I think katy___ is one -- she is logan's friend -- she heard from Elizabeth's brother, Robert, on a drunken night how his mother was murdered when they were 11 or 12 years old.

No, one of Logan's friends, Katy___, posted that, and she got it from Robert, Elizabeth's twin brother. It is on these threads.

Did anyone catch TS saying that EJ described the lady part of the couple that she gave Gabriel to as looking like TS? That seems absolutley bizarre to me. Is this a CYA by TS because she is worried that she is going to show up on a surviellance video with a "tan" car seat carrying Baby Gabriel?

No, she didn't???? If she did she is really one sick b***h. She cannot believe the public and LE could be that stupid! But lordy, I sure hope this is true!! I can't wait to see her fry. throw one more sick predator on the fire.

Does anyone remember in which of the 10,000 interviews she has given so far TPS talked about begging for the car seat?

I re-listened to what she said tonight and she rambled on about how she had gone to a quiet room in the house to talk on the phone to NG and ended up in the "the baby's room" with all of Gabriel's things. She was telling NG how she wanted to believe what EJ was saying, but it was so hard because so many things didn't add up, yadda yadda. Then she talked about how EJ said that the mystery couple brought a tan carseat with them and carried Gabriel out in it and TPS said "and I look around here and the carseat we have is tan too!"

I am still a little scared for gaberial. I just think that people that have to adopt this way must have something in there past, that they would not be approved for reg adopting or maybe they didnt give ej any money and he is in a good home, (not that its right)

I tried for over 10 years to get pregant. i had gave up. gods knows we would never have the money to adopt the regualar way.

my husband boss became a foster parent. my husband came home and said we can help them, we signed up. I knew nothing about foster care, I guess i grew up a shelted life. kids lived with there parents and if the parents screwed up they lived with there grandparents. never any heard of foster care

If adoption was not so high, there would probably be alot of good people that could adopt

I never knew you could adopt foster kids, I dont know how i lived with out L now. he just seemed to fit right with us. My mom always says everything happens for a reason, god know l was for us

foster care adoption you dont pay anything the state pays it all but, its a long tough ride

She will say she borrowed hers and went out and bought a new one then returned it. I am trying to remember where TPS said they met up with EJ so EJ could take GJ for a visit with his dad?

And was it the court hearing where EJ and LM were granted joint custody that the Smiths "custody papers" became no good, but yet they were good enough the night they took him from EJ's trailer to their home and the police came to their house like TPS mentioned on NG tonight?

Then at what point did the Smiths figure out they weren't going to get GJ back because the courts gave both parents joint custody by the time EJ got GJ from TSP.

How did the Smiths find out about the court papers, in court right? Did they meet her after the court hearing and hand him over? What I had heard is they gave him to her for a visit.

Okay, sorry about this..I went back and listened again to the NG phone interview with TS. I didn't hear TS correctly in my first thread. What TS actually said was that the EJ described the female person that she gave Baby Gabriel to hadvinglong blonde hair, etc. and TS said so she looks like you and EJ said yes. Still a crazy description. Can anyone of you pros post links to all of the Smiths interviews in one spot so we can listen to them in order. I would . but I'm not quite that savvy!!

Just read on TPS facebook that she got a call from "her friend" from FOX news and he put a gal on the phone from the hotel who babysat GJ and she said he cried the whole time she took care of him.
