Just read on TPS facebook that she got a call from "her friend" from FOX news and he put a gal on the phone from the hotel who babysat GJ and she said he cried the whole time she took care of him.

When I go to that FB link, I just get the login page, but would love to know more!!! How does TS get to talk with all of these people before LE? This case is driving me crazy!!!

I would like to know how period she is talking with these people, I guess there is no law keeping her from doing so, but IMO she sure seems to want to control everything ...

I did not wish to get into a debate on TS and how she met EJ. The point, IMO, is that the first time she met her, whether it was 8 months ago in the airport, or not, at some point TS approached an individual she did not know very well, EJ, to bring up the topic of TS adopting Baby Gabriel, EJ's baby. IMHO this is a bold and somewhat presumptuos move. That was my point. There are other things that had been discussed on NG that IMHO also were very bold on the part of TS and JS, but since one night's discussion is in conflict with subsequent discussions I will not comment on those. I do not know any of these people and other than quotes taken directly from transcripts my posts, as always, are MOO.

No Nancy grace will not stop from interviewing a person simply because they have not talked to LE. Look at misty crosslin, who is a suspect in Hayley's disappearance. She talked to her every day even before misty talked to police

Reporters don't need to follow the law when it comes to questioning people. I mean they don't have to be as strict as "lawyers" are with there questioning, and not questioning. They are not held to the same standards as LE.

I just don't understand how another human being for one, could do this to their own child, and two, how this babysitter didn't take Gabriel to the nearest police station and send them back to the hotel to arrest her for neglect!

I don't understand it either. I'm so angry with EJ! It breaks my heart to think of what that poor baby went through with her!

I hope Gabriel is at least with someone who loves him and treats him the way a child should be treated, until he's back where he belongs.

There does seem to be plenty of illicit and illegal stuff on craigslist, BUT...

Why would you get a babysitter via craigs? (Yes, I'm old.) I mean, if you're going to hire a complete stranger, just ask somebody in the hallway or on the corner. Or in the park.

If Elizabeth really was a 4.00 GPA h/s grad [which I doubt], she would know that these messages on craigslist and myspace and texts via cell phone are traceable. Right?

You know sometimes people with a lot of book smarts have no common sense whatsoever. They can be brilliant at calculus or chemistry but don't ask them to DVR a show for you. So I can believe the 4.0 GPA but it doesn't mean that much to me.

I agree. If the police named me as a POI in a crime the first thing I would do is get a lawyer and keep my mouth shut.

Misty did talk to LE from the very beginning. Trouble is, she never told them anything of value and never changed her basic story.

Of course, they are not held to the same standards as LE, but I believe Nancy does practice proper etiquette when it comes to cases such as this as LE goes through their investigative processes.

Okay, so if EJ did place Gabriel with a couple then she had to contact them somehow, right?...I mean she called the sitter so why wouldn't she have called the couple or maybe they called her when they got into SA. I'm hoping that all calls to and from the hotel room are being checked, all calls from her cell records and I hope the hotel computer has been taken by the FBI for forensics. I know this girl did not send up smoke signals...she called or emailed this couple, if not from her home in AZ then from her cell or from the hotel phone in the room or the hotel computer. This just seems like it should be so simple to find out who these people are...if they even exist.

She uses craigslist so much I'm convinced that is where she found the couple.

Hi everyone, I am new here and have been reading threads trying to get up to speed with everyone here pertaining to missing baby Gabriel. I am not surprised at how many here are HIGHLY suspicious of the "perspective adopting parents", as I have been very suspicious of them since day one when they popped onto the scene........is TS getting ready to write a book about this or what? Is she trying to replace her children that she lost custody of by adopting other children (in an agressive and stalking way? (airport incident, who in their right mind stalks a young crying woman at an airport with the intent of taking her baby from her?). Narcissistic people do narcissistic things.....

I've been following this story a bit closely and have noticed a few weird "coincedences" and I don't believe in coincedences!

Look at how they got their adopted daughter and what they did to that father and then compare it to the stories coming out now and the evidence that they were possibly in the process of stripping LM parental rights away from him too through fraud and/or manipulating the system. Adoption seems to be a game to J & TS and they do not give a darn who they harm in the process. The other father TW, if what he says is true and I have no reason not to believe him, stripping his parental rights away as they did is cruel and abusive towards this little girl. It is not only the father, but also his extended family members too. Looks to me this was about to be the same medicine LM was about to recieve! The paternity petition with CC's name on it is proof enough for me that they were scamming to adopt this child from EJ, and EJ was playing right along with them.

It looks to me that they were in the process in doing the exact thing to father LM that they did to their now adopted daughters father and may have actually got away with it too. But things went bad and they possibly may have been involved with the arrangement of this other couple getting this little boy, (if EJ didn't murder her son).

I've also noticed a few were mentioning that the FBI hasn't questioned TPS???? well, why would they when they can get all the answers they are seeking just tuning into the media's next interview of them or going over previous ones? TS blabbs away like a lose cannon that she is.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that J & TS are in deep with this and possibly other criminal activities pertaining to TW and his daughter. Keep plugging away people! I still feel little Gabriel may still be alive and that TS possibly knows more than she is saying and she does say alot.....EJ will soon break too, she's too intellegent to stay cooped up in a 10 by 10 cell and will try to scam her way out of jail soon, possibly going against JS & TPS in the process!

TS & JS are already possibly guilty of interference with custody & maybe accessory to kidnapping to say the least......

What in the world was the point of that???:furious: As far as I'm concerned that's going way beyond reporting and into trying to manipulate the story, possibly obstruction, if LE hasn't thoroughly questioned this girl already.

I don't even view craigslist, but I can't imagine them not having standard rules for every user - even international.

IF any of this really did go down via craigslist, it has been widely reported for years that craigslist fully cooperates with LE re: IP and URL stuff. [lol, I don't actually know what either one of those are, but craigslist does hand it over. See Vanity Fair article re: Craigslist Killer.]

They are definantly taking advantage of this publicity, although narcissistic tendencies may be playing a large role in this too for them.
