Look at Susan Powel case, media got to Josh before LE questioned him. I am just saying that reporters have a free hand and don't need to worry that what they put out may affect judicial outcome.

Can someone fill me in on how they adopted their current daughter? Today I heard the smiths say that they needed to be approved by the state for their adoption process... I assume they mean their home study? This should have already been done when they adopted their first daughter, correct?

You have to have a new home study done for each adoption. Our second adoption (2 years after the first) was through the same agency we used for our first adoption and we had to complete all the same paperwork the second time...criminal background checks, financial statements, home study, etc. After the placement there are state guidelines on post-placement visits until finalization.

The date Nov. 15, 2009 is what makes it stick out to me and the fact that it ran for such a short period of time. I do understand that the as could ave been pulled by craigslist but then again it could also have been removed by the couple because the purpose was fulfilled.

Has anyone heard who EJ's provider was/is? I am concerned that if she was subscribing to Cricket, a prominent AZ provider, that there might not be any phone records for LE to check. Cricket's service is basically "all you can call", every user gets unlimited minutes. When you get the bill, there's no itemized list, you just pay the same monthly fee every month. Of course, her phone might show her incoming/outgoing calls, but if she's a Cricket subscriber, I don't think LE will find any records for her phone.

That is exactly another thing leading me to believe he isn't alive. She just wants us to think he is because at least with these charges she'll get out of jail sometime in the future. The alternative is LWOP for murder. MOO

They have both produced children of their own. Thanks for the info! Not sure which one EJ had, however I know several companies don't send an itemized bill but they keep track of the calls and that can be secured with a search warrant.

I have that also and I am in PA. I don't get an itemized list either. I wonder if you go to a store if they can do a print out for you?

Where did this babysitter come from?
To me she has a lot conflicting statements.

The toy for one...First Gabriel did not have any and than he had one...but the babysitter didn't know what it was...how about a teething ring.

baby was dirty but no diaper rash if Elizabeth wasn't changing him and they were in car that long that little one would have a diaper rash.

If sound to me if there was ansol (for teething)tylenol for fever that runs with
teething.... that shows me that Elizabeth was give Gabriel some kind of care.

There was food and formula. Elizabeth was willing to drive to the babysitter
instead of leaving him somewhere with out any care.


My next question... how long before they connect Tammi to the babysitter?

If he was looking thin in the am of the 20th, I would think maybe Tammie wasn't taking such good care of him either! This sounds like more BS to me. Not sure where this little lass comes from but I don't buy this wild story. A fussy baby yes, I buy that. Runny nose, yep I would buy that. Still messy from breakfast? yep I would not doubt it. But all this drama and sensationalism...Nope.

As far as dress of EJ. Girls her age dress like this these days... even to just go to walmart. I guess they figure, "ya never know who lookin".

It just seems to me that all this crap could have been over with a long time ago if the baby was okay and able to be found with a couple in good shape..
If she had nothing worse to hide than illegally adopting Gabriel out, she would just tell the truth...either way, she will not get this child back, and if she was so mad a Logan that she didn't want this child with him, do you really think she would be willing to spend the rest of her life in jail just to keep this child away from him? I don't think that for one second!
I wish they would bring in the dogs...

Okay, I'm late to the game tonight and JUST starting to watch NG, forgive me if this is a repeat as I haven't read back.

Maybe I'm jaded, but I think this babysitter is giving a line of bull! A butcher knife??? WTF?? I think their plan now is for everyone to BELIEVE that Gabriel is dead. I'm sorry... I'm a little riled up right now...
