Sorry to say that I agree with Marc! I could wring this girl's neck!!!! She has manipulated LE and people across the nation and I think its time for her to stop the game!!! There is a baby at the other end of her game and I'm sure it wouldn't be 'failure to thrive' that killed him. What's wrong with NG?? Failure to thrive doesn't start at 8 mo. it begins at birth. It's not called that anymore. The mother makes me furious!!!!!

I'm assuming that LE probably got her number off EJ's cell phone records and has spoken with her. Remember, they found out she had talked to JM that way. If they haven't spoken with her then they are woefully not doing their job. I agree that she really didn't have anything pertinent to say as far as finding Gabriel.

God only knows what she was feeding that baby. Same for the tylenol, how long had that been going on? He was probably teething and that lent to his fussiness and she used the tylenol to quiet him down. Extensive dosage over a long period of time could have damaged his liver. I'm worried about this tylenol usage.

I'd like to have a visit with EJ, just 5 minutes in a very small room.

You are right on about the Tylenol and his liver! A person can't give Tylenol to a baby out of anger. I am furious with this mom. mho

I am sure that this lady has already spoken with LE, we just have not heard about it. LE does not give out all info. EJ used one of the computers at the hotel and LE were checking that computer.
I would also think that it is possible that FBI, LE can trace what she has been doing on Craigslist because you have to have an account in order to post or reply to adds, so hopefully they are on top of it and there has been enough of a trail to follow.

K, changed my mind, I don't think so much that the girl was out and out lying per se, I think that the producers really wanted her to play up what a bad mom EJ was, and I'm sure after speaking with TPS, she had quite a bug put in her ear, she's young, easily manipulated, star-struck, etc.

Just the type TPS preys on -- wonder if she is one of those pregnant girls who have stayed at the hotels . . .

I don't know. Possible it gives the police a date and time frame to narrow down where she went during those two hours. If she used her car and the GPS picked up where she went between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm on that day, it could provide some concrete information.

JMO, Betth.ny Marsh.ll needs to pray NG stays on the air forever, because she has NO credibility left. I realize they each have to take a "position" to keep things interesting ---- it'd be pretty boring if everybody just sat around and said, Uh-huh, ITA --- but I'd have to just say no..

OK, first of all I am happy that it has been brought to LE attention about Tammi's cousin on birth certificate.
Craigslist is again in the news dealing with illegal transactions - wonder what the implication to them will be?
That site has been fraught with prostitution, murders, perversion, and other unlawfulness.
I also think it is coming to light about the Smith's involvement here and their discrepancies.
Jack-In-the Box has surveillance video on Christmas Day - not known if baby w/ her.

There does seem to be plenty of illicit and illegal stuff on craigslist, BUT...

Why would you get a babysitter via craigs? (Yes, I'm old.) I mean, if you're going to hire a complete stranger, just ask somebody in the hallway or on the corner. Or in the park.

If Elizabeth really was a 4.00 GPA h/s grad [which I doubt], she would know that these messages on craigslist and myspace and texts via cell phone are traceable. Right?

I agree with you, except I didn't know she'd spoken to TPS. Did she? How did they get together?

I'm not ready to say that I think the babysitter is outright lying, but I still want to know why she didn't call police immediately. There was PLENTY of things that screamed "CALL AUTHORITIES" in my opinion.

And let us not forget, it is a fact that TPS claims to have spoken to this babysitter last night(see below.) That's all I will say about that.

I highly doubt they would have released some statement prior to now when it's an ongoing investigation. There's a lot they know that we don't and they are not obligated to tell us any of that information until they are good and ready to.


Tammi wanted to get HER story straight is more like it. For all we know, the babysitter was told "don't be surprised if you get a call from Tammi". On top of that, I highly doubt that NG would have interviewed her UNLESS she had already spoken to LE. She may be crude but she's not ignorant to proper procedure when it comes to Law.
