I didn't see it, but we are sure the babysitter is not the young female wanting to be a surrogate from her convos on Surrogatemother.com, right?

It just seems to me that all this crap could have been over with a long time ago if the baby was okay and able to be found with a couple in good shape..
If she had nothing worse to hide than illegally adopting Gabriel out, she would just tell the truth...either way, she will not get this child back, and if she was so mad a Logan that she didn't want this child with him, do you really think she would be willing to spend the rest of her life in jail just to keep this child away from him? I don't think that for one second!
I wish they would bring in the dogs...
Dead or Alive, this baby can't be too far from that hotel...JMHO
I agree about being mad at Logan ~ it's one thing to absolutely abhor him for ruining her life but to possibly spend most of your life in prison just to keep the baby from him ~ I don't think so. And you're right, she doesn't have to worry about being saddled down with Gabriel now. There isn't any chance she'd get him back! MOO

I like to know how to get transcripts from NG show tonight TIA

Where did this babysitter come from?
To me she has a lot conflicting statements.

The toy for one...First Gabriel did not have any and than he had one...but the babysitter didn't know what it was...how about a teething ring.

baby was dirty but no diaper rash if Elizabeth wasn't changing him and they were in car that long that little one would have a diaper rash.

If sound to me if there was ansol (for teething)tylenol for fever that runs with
teething.... that shows me that Elizabeth was give Gabriel some kind of care.

There was food and formula. Elizabeth was willing to drive to the babysitter
instead of leaving him somewhere with out any care.

My next question... how long before they connect Tammi to the babysitter?

Tonight's transcript isn't up yet, but here's the link:

They are definantly taking advantage of this publicity, although narcissistic tendencies may be playing a large role in this too for them.

:Welcome-12-june:
Thank you for the posts I have read so far!

Has anyone heard who EJ's provider was/is? I am concerned that if she was subscribing to Cricket, a prominent AZ provider, that there might not be any phone records for LE to check. Cricket's service is basically "all you can call", every user gets unlimited minutes. When you get the bill, there's no itemized list, you just pay the same monthly fee every month. Of course, her phone might show her incoming/outgoing calls, but if she's a Cricket subscriber, I don't think LE will find any records for her phone.

Fwiw, here's Cricket's site:

I understand your concern, San antonio is also a Cricket provider. I had cricket. I know I did not get an "itemized" bill, as in every number I called. But I am sure there has to be a record. on a landline, you do not get a bill with all local calls itemized correct? But there is still a record? Right?? Hmm. Maby customer service is on right now. I should give them a call.

Has anyone ever really examined EJ's profile picture on her myspace page? If you really look closely, the background looks like she is sitting on a bed in a hotel room. I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but she kind of looks all made up like she is going out. I can't really tell the age of Gabriel, but even if he is younger, maybe she was already putting the wheels in motion for an adoption. I also wonder who is taking the picture.

I have that also and I am in PA. I don't get an itemized list either. I wonder if you go to a store if they can do a print out for you?

I haven't been in a Cricket store for awhile, but the last time I was, I was told there are no records, no printouts available. Let's hope that Cricket has some sort of resources available for LE.

YES!!! I called my current prepaid service, it is just like cricket, just a competitor. they do not keep them on hand, Like if I call for the records, BUT if I NEED the records, I can get a supeona for the records, and they are available for law enforcement!!

I felt guilty asking, LOL, Like I was plotting something. LMBO!!

In other words, without the actual phone, no way to trace calls made or received?

I found a post by tammi begging a lady to be a surrogate for them

No matter how many times I see this, it still throws me for a loop. I think I put more research into adopting my boxer, than these people put into finding a surrogate. Post a few messages, offer for the VERY young girl to live with you and good to go. UGHHHH

Thanks ~ now I feel better about them getting hold of EJ's records!

I go back and forth on whether Elizabeth killed Gabriel or gave him away, and I usually am leaning towards the former. But, why would she hire a babysitter if she was going to murder him? That doesn't make sense to me.

As far as wanting to take him to the babysitter's house, maybe Elizabeth wanted to drop him off with a babysitter and never come back.

Do we know for sure that she didn't have her laptop with her?

My goodness - this woman is all over the net looking for babies. This takes me back to the day when she "supposedly" met Elizabeth. I sent this info to Donna Rossi at kpho.com.

I don't believe for a minute Tammi found Elizabeth at the airport. What a joke.

Well, after reading back, I guess I'm not outside of the group thinking... lol

Seriously, everyone!! Do you REALLY think there was a "butcher knife" near the bed? Sooo cliche!

LOL I just heard on NG: "I'm not going to buy into the randomness." BRILLIANT!

And, Welcome FRAMED FATHER! I think wes gonna be like peas and carrots! :D

That has always been my understanding of Cricket service. I've had it for 10 years or so and loved it but iirc, there's no way to trace its calls. It's also very easy to obtain, no credit check needed. You could order one online tonight and I don't think they verify your ID, as long as you pay for it upfront.

I also just checked Cricket's map and they do have coverage in San Antonio:
