Sorry, I have been offline for a bit. They don't usually report on status hearings in our local news, so there's nothing in the press about that. I assume it happened, though, since those hearings are basically check-ins with the lawyers to see how things are going. Since the June evidentiary hearing is still on the calendar as of today, I am assuming everything went as expected on May 4.
