I'm not sure of Stark's case. She did plead guilty, but everything in the court site only has Party #2, which is Clements. She is party #3 & I don't see any updates for her. I did find an old article (July, 2021) with this statement:

Clements' fiancee Melissa Stark had pleaded guilty on June 4th, 2021 on one count of fraudulent schemes and artifices. She has a September court appearance. The Maricopa County Prosecutor's office says a judge has sealed her plea.

They did have a 9/2/21 hearing - wonder if she was sentenced. Not finding anything over here - maybe someone in the U.S. can find something about her case. TIA!
