I just emailed the same lady in the Community Relations group to see if she can figure out a way for us to have updates.

May I ask for your assistance please? I’ve been trying for weeks to get a status on Christopher Clements case and the calendar is producing an error. A few others have tried also and they get the same error code. We have tried multiple browsers also.

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found

Do you know if there is some other way to get a status of the docket and hearings?

This is what she said when she replied....... I've asked if the website is no longer working. I expected a status but nope, at least not yet.

I do not know what the heck is happening to this case... Now they have added MORE sentencing dates - ?? And I am not finding ANY articles on the fraud case.

So - what do you all think - he hasn't had his trial yet & it was moved to 4/7/23 and sentencing (even though he has not been found guilty YET) - on 5/5/23???

I was searching to see if there was anything about his fraud case & found this article from June, 2022.

I had him serving for 35 years for this charge - but it turns out he received 65 years.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — The Superior Court of Arizona has sentenced Christopher Clements to 65 years in prison, crediting him for 1,894 days.

A Maricopa County judge sentenced the convicted burglar Tuesday.

Back in April, he was found guilty on the following counts:

• Theft
• Second degree burglary
• Fraudulent schemes and artifices
• Second degree burglary involving a 65-year-old

IMO, I think this specific case has some restrictions applied by the court network. I believe it's due to the victim being only 6 yrs old.

That could very well be. The thing I find interesting though is that there isn't even anything in the news about it. Days before the trial for Maribel there was all kinds of news stories. If I remember correctly Isabel got much more coverage. Probably, as you pointed out, because of her age. JMO
