Thank you, and after that another article on the same day is posted at 3:19 pm after another PC had happened.
Chief Villasenor said that in addition to the FBI providing two specialized search dogs, they have also brought in their Behavioral Analysis Unit, which "provides insight on what to look for in an individual."
The FBI's search dog did "alert" on a scent sometime between late last night and early this morning but Tucson Police would not provide any details at this time.
"I'm hoping my best that the child is alive," Chief Villasenor said. "We're going to work on the premise that the child is alive until proven otherwise. We want to remain hopeful. We want Isabel to return home safely."
It uses the word dog, singular, not dogs, plural, and no where does it say it was the cadaver dog that hit.
In fact if a cadavar dog had hit that would confirm that Isa is dead and that is not what Cheif Villasenor said. They are working on the premise that she is alive.
I think the dog that hit was a dog that can scent out an unfamiliar scent in the home and maybe trailing out to the property and then losing the scent.
That is why it is never good to rely on articles that come from the examiner and I imagine that is why WS does not consider them a credible site. Those can be written with very inaccurate information. I have seen it several times in the past on other cases.
