So, to me, based on lighting and background, we have three separate statements, all on the same day, which looks to be the Saturday she was reported missing.

To me it looks like he was very active and not at all shy of the media that first day she disappeared. We have heard nothing from him since. I don't know what that means or if it is relevant.

Again, Lark2, thank you so much! I really tried on several days to find all his interviews and could only find an ABC one I posted several times. This answers a very important question - whether or not he was there the night before or lived with the Celis family. based on the narration, the answer is NO!!!

Hey, thank YOU! I have been trying to make that point for hours. There may be more. I just don't feel like looking right now.

This is suppose to be Isa's bedroom. Only full size window on the side of the house. This is the side that faces the neighbor who heard the male voices, saw the window open etc.

Thank you! That makes a lot more sense now, even though the time of day the neighbor heard the voices doesn't seem to be the norm for when someone would have abducted her.

MOO

I have seen all those interviews before. Nothing jumped out at me then and nothing jumps out at me now. Actually I am watching ID Discovery and one case of a missing girl that was on earlier, the father said the exact same thing. I think it is a perfectly normal thing to say. It is a nightmare, an awful thing, and I am sure they all wish they were dreaming. I just don't know anymore. But, I am not really suspicious of JM. That is not to say I dont thnk it could be a neighbor or friend. jmo

Did the father of the little girl on the ID show you watched talk about his missing child in the past tense?

What were the facts?

Prof, you need to do your homework, lol. The facts are listed in multiple threads over and over. Just search JM and you'll find them all.

I am glad that was cleared up too-now we know that they were the only ones in the home that night.
Now my only question is, why did LE keep saying 'no comment' when the same question was asked.

At minute 1:04 of the interview he states: "I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or what happened cause' you don't think anything like that would actually really happen to you."

I have seen no obsession. What should we talk about? I have no idea what happened except it is more likely, IMO, that someone watching the home, the family and Isabel or someone who knew the home and family, took her.

Again, JM is interesting to discuss because he talked about Isa in the past tense 24 hours after she went missing (or maybe even the same day, it looks like), and he is the only new thing in her life in the year before she went missing, that we know about.

Plus, thanks to Lark2's hard work, it appears he spoke more to the media thus far than the parents have. Naturally, we are going to examine him.

Thank you. I missed those! But, the DUI is not a misdemeanor and neither would the child endangerment/abuse charge be. She would not qualify for a first time misdemeanor diversion program for those and I saw no evidence in the court record that she underwent diversion. (My guess is not enough evidence).

Okay, so in all four interviews you posted (you rock!!!!), JM is wearing the same shirt, chain, cap and sunglasses.

1. The KGUN9 interview begins at minute 1:43 and the narration states: 7:00 p.m. and still no sign of Isabel Mercedes Celis, who her uncle describes as shy and not the type to wander off:"Just a sweet little girl, 6 years old, you know, all the ambition in the world, she could do whatever she wanted, uh, didn't really like strangers or anything like that, so very close knitted and just, very wise."

2. The Yahoo interview begins at min. 1:46: "All of sudden you wake up one morning and you're in the scenario. Everything goes through your mind. You're angry, you're upset, you're frustrated, confused."

3. The CBS News interview. Same shot as the Yahoo one. Beings at min. 1:44: Her uncle says the girl's parents are distraught: "Everything goes through your mind. You're angry, you're upset, you're frustrated, confused."

4. The KVOA interview, beings at min. 1:04: "I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or what happened cause' you don't think anything like that would actually really happen to you."

He had lived with the Celis family in the past.
(My source for this statement is NG, so take it for what it is worth.)

Not sure if that means anything? Sometimes when people do that they are just recalling memories of the person, I don't think it means they KNOW the person is no longer with us.

OT but I think I watch way too much Discovery ID! :)

The floor plan that I uploaded last night from KGUN(the clearer one below) is the exact same as the one on the film as you will also see below but doesn't have all the extraneous multitude of tiny measurements.. It's the same floor plan and is accurate.

He made that comment after her body was found when speaking of the whole experience. I don't think the verbiage JM used should be interpreted as past tense. I doubt if he even knows correct tense. sorry. I am not sure if under those circumstances I would have perfect grammar either. Also if he was thinking of an instance in the past where she exibited those behaviours it would be natural to use past tense. e.g. she was wise the day she did not take candy from a stranger. If he was remembering past occasions. jmo

Ooops. I made an error in the time on the youtube video above. Please watch for a few seconds starting at 14:20. Does Sergio say "as well as my son" and not "as well as my sons"?

Maybe someone was sleeping OUTSIDE with that pillow in the disabled car?

I watched it 3 times and I'm 99% sure I heard him say "as well as my sons".

Would an abductor want to make a lot of loud noises anyway...?

Since it appears that JM was the only relative out publically helping with fliers, etc., and may have been the only "connecting dot" to the Celis family at that time, the media would be up his "wing/wang" to talk to him as much as they can. They were all hungry for information from anyone connected to the family.

I highly doubt JM was raising a "red flag" asking everyone to come and talk to him. The news of a relative out in the crowd is news. IMO, JMO

Whew. Thank you for listening to that. What did you make of him asking everyone in his family to be "checked out" by LE?

I do find it so funny that people believe the bits and pieces they want to believe from NG and JVM.

What exactly did I miss, not being around, I have read a few pages now on this thread and seen it stated that JM was the one knocking on the neighbors door, I have seen it said that JM must be a predator, Also that he had to have been over there for the ballgame or because it was a busy night in the Celis house on Friday night. What did I miss, how do we know any of the above to even be remotely close to the truth?

BBM if you go back and reread that particular post of mine I clearly stated that this MAY be an scenario that MAY have happened giving reason to someone else for why he May have been there early.

NOT ONCE did I say he "HAD TO" to have been over there.

We don't know ANY of it is the truth, if you read all the posts you will see it is a continuing discussion that started well before my particular post and continued well after. Naturally I can't speak for others you have taken pieces off.

No... I don't think so. There is a trailing "s" there... that I hear. Of course, I could be wrong.

Something about Dad. Maybe it's simply his personality and stage training. Yet... it's there (for me).

I highly doubt that anyone was sleeping in the red car. This is Arizona, hot, hot and hot again.

I just don't see why JM seems so suspicious to so many here. Maybe I am missing something, he states as well as the family, he wasn't there that night "Friday" and wasn't there until he was called and told she was missing. As far as I have seen or heard he has no reason to take Isa...no past of being a predator (as far as I know). I didn't see the arrest record but does he have a crazy amount of arrests for drugs, like more than a social user would have?

Isa's pic being on his dating site (definitely trashy and tasteless) but still doesn't make him the type of person to take her. What would his motive for taking Isa be? Is there anything to back up the possible motive (arrests, accusations, facebook posts, friends of his talking).
