only that they were ticketed for dogs being loose and also needed vaccinations iirc (not that someone let them loose):moo:

I dont see the Celis family letting their dogs run loose. Is this the only time this has happened or has it happened before?

I think someone else let those dogs out the week before Isa was taken.

it has not been reported how they got loose... that was my point in the answer. (so anything else is speculation)

:) Im sure he did.

I wish they would have showed him singing Ava Maria all the way through but the media only showed a snippet of it but it was enough to realize he has an amazing beautiful voice.

Somewhere back was a link that said Sergio plead not guilty to the dogs running loose because "I didn't let them out" he said.

He probably didn't. Maybe Isa was targetted the week before and wasn't in her room that night?

On LE stating about "covering up", they may be referring to the camera pointing at the sky.

I still think the parents are not involved, but have an idea who is and are afraid to say anything.

They showed a close up of the camera on NG. It looked really old and broken. It looked like it hadn't worked in a really long time. It's possible that the camera never even worked while the Celis's even lived there. JMO by the looks of it.

The two cases about the dogs was filed April 19, 2012, the very day/evening or night before Isabel disappeared.

(snip)
I think the confusion was how it was saved, if it was so close to foreclosure.
My only question, comes after their long speech about never needing any financial help or ever having to borrow money. How else would they get one home out of foreclosure and land so quickly into a new one, without help or borrowing some money? I guess it just seems odd, to be able to get a bank loan to buy a home after just being in foreclosure one year earlier.

One explanation might be that they took advantage of programs such as Making Home Affordable -or one of the many state funded programs that have emerged in the rugged economy to help families stay in their homes.

such as: https://www.savemyhomeaz.gov

There are many avenues to take to help yourself while preserving your credit, such as a short sale... idk Just a thought.

They were not DIRECTLY compensated if the network paid the hotel directly. It's a fine line, but someone has to walk it.

I don't think they lied. I think that, ordinarily they can pay their bills, but (as they said in discussing the need to return to their jobs) they have bills to pay. Paying for a hotel room in addition to their mortgage when they have no income beyond any "leave" or "vacation" time accrued would be outrageously expensive. As it is, they need to have a special cleaner come in to clean up harmful chemical residues left by the investigation. They can't move home until the house is clean. If they delay much beyond that point, I'd feel they were taking advantage of the situation, but under the circumstances, not so much.

In some circles, omitting facts relevant to the question could be considered lying. NBC is paying for the hotel room, NBC got the first interview. A payment was made whether it went directly to the family, or to the hotel, it is still an arrangement that should have been disclosed when asked that question.

Oh my goodness. Really? You think Isabel's parents are sitting back happily raking in the dough from their missing child's disappearance? That same child who they took photo after photo of? Their youngest baby? Their only girl? The one with the super happy, vibrantly innocent little face who looked as if she was just what she was - the well-cared for and adored baby girl of the family?

It takes money to make thousands of flyers, T-shirts, stickers, billboards. It is financ

ial disaster for parents of missing children who don't have the heart to go back to work, who must sit around day after day, with a sick gut and fear coursing through their veins.

This thread is making me very sad today.

Per this article, it's the volunteers who are soliciting funds. They are doing an outstanding job of painting the town with Isa's missing posters.

Volunteers paper your street

"From pole to pole and even bus stops, volunteers walked with flyers in hand, taping each one in hopes that someone will recognize this little girl.

"Just trying to get her face out so everybody can see it. If, by chance, somebody is in a grocery store they'll be like, "Hey, I know her,'" says Brittney Patrick.

As we enter into week three of the search, resources are running thin.

"The volunteer station here is running out. We're going to work on with what we have and hopefully more people will come and make donations so we can get more fliers printed."

"Also, more than 100,000 fliers with Isabel’s picture on them have been distributed since Saturday, said Valerie Ballesteros, who works at Tucson Medical Center with Isabel’s mother.
She said a billboard with her picture was put up in the Phoenix area along Interstate 10. The billboard was donated. Other billboards are being considered on I-10 near Orange Grove Road and on I-19 near Nogales.
Banners with her picture have also been put up around Tucson and community search organizers are ordering T-shirts and buttons with her photo on them to pass out.
Ballesteros said the search items are being bought with donations of money and services from local businesses."

The last snippet was just 5 days after Isa disappeared. It's heartening to see the citizens of Tucson come together to help in any way they can.

The citation was filed on the 19th but the incident happen prior to that. Sorry, I don't have the exact date. April 13th? It's posted in one of the threads for Isabel though.

If LE was doing regular, methodical searches, wouldn't the media pick up on it? I don't think LE can usually get away with organizing and conducting searches without being seen.

Have any our search pros weighed in as to why they believe more physical searching is not (seemingly) being done?

I don't know how they can keep their composure. I don't even know Isabel and I'm bawling.

It is so obvious to me that this family relies on their strong faith in God to get them through this.

He has the most amazing voice.

And the way he drops his head when he is through made me burst into tears all over again. Its like he is thinking "Thank you God, for helping me."

My heart just breaks for this family and little precious Isa.
