He is feminine, overly theatrical, somewhat like Liberace and Adam Lambert. IMO. As I stated it is MY opinion. As far as being a pedofile, I didn't mean to sound like gay=pedofile. I do not believe it does. I was just trying to think of reasons for the No Contact Order that would relate to my feeling of Sergio being gay and that was what I came up with. I am sorry if I offended anyone.

I guess my comments seem to cause a stir in the WS community so I will not make anymore. I will become a lurker.

You should not become a lurker. You should continue to speak your mind.

Good point. That was one of the criticisms in the baby Lisa Irwin case. Her parents did not want the older brothers questioned by LE, after the initial quick interview the morning of the 'kidnapping.' And the mother claimed that she had not talked to the boys about that evening because she did not want to upset them. That sounded really hinky to me, because it would seem MORE upsetting if a parent didn't address such a traumatic event as a baby sister going missing. Why wouldn't you talk to your other kids about it? And why wouldn't you want the authorities to try and get as much helpful information as possible when trying to solve the mystery of your missing child?

So that does go to their credit that they allowed the interviews w/out attorneys or parental presence.

I do agree with this and I keep it in mind.

However, why wasn't the 10 year old interviewed during the one-on-one interviews in the house? This is what I have a question about.

OT: In the event that I can't log-in or have trouble getting WS to load - took several tries this morning - I want to wish everyone here Happy Mother's Day. Whether you are a mom, grandmother, aunt, cat-mom, dog-mom, I hope you share a magical day with your family and friends.

Now, I will play catch-up on overnight posts and this new thread.

Thank you! You are very sweet and back at ya' BDE!!!

This case reminded me of
Coral Rose from my neighborhood!

http://video.tbo.com/v/21867820/coral-rose-murder-suspect-arrested.htm

Coralrose’s father, Dale Fullwood, is in the Jackson Correctional Institution after pleading no contest last year to possessing child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, a felony. The 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 was found on Dale Fullwood’s computer during the investigation into his daughter's death.

A year after the murder, police publicly cleared Coralrose's mother, Ellen-Beth, and siblings, though authorities have never said unequivocally that Dale Fullwood is not a suspect in the case

But the video shows that a totally unrelated man was arrested for the murder of Coralrose after he was arrested for burglary and he had ti submit his DNA to the system and it matched the DNA found in the little girls' body. (6 year old Coralrose was dragged from her bed at night. Her body was found a little while later).

There's no mention in the link about her dad being arrested for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬. I'm confused!!!

Not offended at all! Just making light of how careful we have to be with descriptive words these days, sometimes at the expense of being able to make a truthful observation. :)

Not directed at you or anyone! Just a general aside!

I am not offended;)

I dont get offended by anything my friend, you know what I do for a living, I am all about people doing and saying whatever the hell they want as long as they dont cause physical harm to others.

In the words of the great Voltaire "I may not agree with what you say but I will fight to the death to defend your right to say it!"

Do both parents have to agree to let a child be interviewed without their presence? I would think so but I don't know the law.

I made a comment on the last thread about the father possibly molesting the boys - I don't think it went over very well but it is a possibility. I also feel the father may have some gay tendencies but it is only an opinion from what I see and read and all of us are allowed an opinion. So don't go back to lurking.

Another reason I have a hard time feeling this family is guilty, they let the kid be interviewed by LEO without an attorney or parental presence. Kid that age stands no chance against seasoned interrogators if he really knew anything.

Normally I would agree that since the family allowed boys to be interviewed without their attorney or without their presence, that it would show innocence. However, in light of the latest development- i.e no contact order, my opinion is that these boys were threatened or coerced and did recently reveal that along with a troubling detail. IMO

If one parent signs off on it that is all the police need technically but the other parent could fight it and get a judge to put a stop to it.

As to saying something that some may be offended by I would be less worried about them and consider all the rest that are saying to themselves "yeap that needed to be said kudos to you for saying it."

Might that also taint any statement made by one of the boys? I mean if the other parent contests? Or would it not even be allowed?

I am sure it would, again I am saying technically, meaning if the cops REALLY want to talk to a kid and they get one parent to agree they can run with it and let the courts decide how to deal with the other parent later, that is not to say that most cops would probably prefer both parents agree.

They did take blankets out of the disabled car, but i don't remember them saying anything about the dogs hitting on the car or the blankets. Doesn't mean it never happened, I just don't think they said it did.

You and Pax are right! I've searched all the news articles by googling and that's all I can find. NO mention of the dogs hitting on car just something in house.

It does make me wonder though why those pillows and blankets were in the car? Was someone sleeping there?

Anyway do not want to start any rumors but there were no hits by the dogs on the car....

It is a possibility that we have to be open to, imo. I have seen and heard of my share of coaches being sexual predators. Obviously it is just a very small percentage. But it is a real possibility. I would think that any victims would have come forward already though, given the circumstances.

Ill clarify by saying this would be a considered a bit rogue and underhanded for p=olice to do it but again if they really want to speak to the kid and mom says ok but dad doesnt, they would run with it in some cases, I have personally seen it. It is often frowned upon by the courts and sometimes it will be thrown out.

Anyone notice how our rights to Free Speech is slowing dribbeling away?

I wonder if the pillows and blanket were origianlly in Isa's room. Did anyone take note in the video that LE took a piece of carpet from the car also?

I have a pretty good nose for detecting when someone is gay, I have a gay brother, I really dont see it in Sergio but I guess you ladies would probably be in a better position to make that call. I see a well dressed, well spoken, well educated and well rounded man, ON THE SURFACE, I am pretty much the same way and most certainly not gay but in private among friends I am not above being an insenstive prick and telling offensive and filthy jokes. People are complicated animals.

Good afternoon! Agree, it is likely given Isabel's disappearance others would have come forward. As to this family, wouldn't accusations by the boys result in more than a 'no contact' order? Could it be it was Isabel who possibly was the victim of abuse, and since she is missing, there is no confirmation to make an arrest?

My mind is at a loss as to what it could be that would result in the 'no contact' order if it isn't abuse of some type, or threats by the parent if the children should talk to LE about whatever it is.
