I cant get them to open, spoiledmom. Would you please give a recap?

tia

There are the loose dog charges, some charges about not providing proof of financial documents, an old DUI/Drug charge, and some traffic violations. I think that sums it up. There are several different charges. Nothing that says "Child Abduction" of course.

Well, I will say this and this is only MOO (and I am truly not trying to be a pain in the you-know-what today, lol) but this family has an awful lot of LE dealings...from DUI's, to dogs, to CPS dealings, to a little girl missing....

I guess, it is just strange to me and I do totally understand most of it was in the past and I am for sure no angel, but I guess things are just adding up for me personally.

Sergio: It's a lot of quiet cuddle time, and holding them. It is wonderful to see when they smile. They come right up, and hold them tight. And the hold right back. It is wearing them down. We didn't even have intentions of possibly getting them back in school this week. I am hoping next week, we will start some school, and set some boundaries. They each have gone back and played one game with their Little League teams. It was extremely difficult. They only have so much time left with school, we do want them back there. But at the same time we do notice it is taking its toll on them.

It seems to me that when he talks about boundaries it means that they expect the boys to get back to school and their hobbies and into a more normal routine. They've been cutting the boys some slack now that they're so upset but it can't go on forever and he wants them to go back.

I don't see here any reference to problems with respecting personal space.

You're welcome. Yes, links to cases would not be working URLS.
Yes, the DUI was around the time he married RC.

Thanks again.:)

So it was a DUI way back then and not drugs?

imo

IMO only.

I have concerns with how the "abduction" was first communicated as if it was already known for sure this is what occurred. I realize it is an obvious deduction to make, but I have concerns that the dad may have forced a certain theory onto the son and everyone else because lets take a look at the son's very first comment on the 911 call below....

"My sister's gone uh, someone broke in and grabbed her"

Now, let's take a look at the dad's very first comment on his 911 call....

"I believe she was abducted from our house"

Now, let us recall the first televised interview with the dad where he mentions something about "what are your demands"

So, as we summarize all of this, I have to make an assumption that he was the one that made the declaration to the son that this is what has occurred here, and this is the situation.

Again, it is an obvious assumption to make, but let us try to think how each one of us would have communicated if we woke up and saw the situation. The only thing that I can think of that I would be saying is "she is missing and that it appears someone may have broke in and may have took her". I dont think I would take the leap to affirmitively announce that it was definitetly an abduction or that someone grabbed her.

The fact that the son said someone "grabbed her" really bothers me, as if someone used those words to him prior to him making the call (OR) if he maybe even saw something as it was happening.

This just bothers me, and it probably doesn't help anything, but I found it very concerning when thinking about all the statements together, and thinking about those very first statements on the 911 call before much was known by anyone.

Something about this just doesn't feel right, especially, as we now hear of prior CPS involvement.

I am praying for that poor child.

I think if that were the case we all would know about it. That wouldn't go on his record until he is officially charged. We need some concrete evidence.

My point was that I was not sure why his previous records were brought up again, since he has nothing prior that relates to violence, or anything considered very serious.

Good day everyone, Pax hope your mom is doing better today, hoping for some news in the presser today.

  • #368
No.
We've seen this dog many times, and we have seen the dog who limps.
There were three dog citations, and my point was we have only seen images of two.

Could the 3rd dog have been a pitbull? I have no link, but recall seeing a pitbull mentioned in my travels. Anyone else?

JMO and memory.

I'm rather surprised that an ER nurse didn't keep her animals' vaccination records and/or allow her children live with un-vaccinated pets.

Yes, a DUI that he seemed to get dismissed by going through diversion...is my understanding.

1997 28-1381A1 DUI-LIQUOR/DRUGS/VAPORS/COMBO COMPL DISMISSED BY COURT

Evidentiy he went 20 miles over the speed limit while under the influence two days before Christmas, in the first year of their marriage.

Oh, thanks, I thought it was newly discovered charges.

All I remember other than the dog charges was back when he was about 22 years old and it involved drugs, is that right?

IMO

Yes, back when he was 28.

That is one of the things that is making my head spin. Other than the speeding ticket in 2007 and the dogs being loose that is pretty much it since in the 90s.

And no charges ever for domestic violence.

IMO

I see nothing abnormal about showering at six. Kids get dirty and sweaty, and IMO bathing is just sitting in your own dirty water :) when mine were babies and needed me to bathe them, I bathed them in the bathtub, but as soon as they could wash their hair well and clean themselves alone, they switched to showers, probably age 4 and a half ish.

This is a long post about a personal experience I had with CPS in a different state, skip it if you're not interested, I will tie it in w this case at the end.

(snipped due to novel length!)

Like I said, it takes one judgmental busy-body know-it-all to cause troubles for people that do not deserve it. It sucks that that one incident put you on guard for years. You did not deserve that, but it's understandable given the stigma of having anything to do with CPS!

Well, we don't know. MSM has come up with pics of two dogs, the little white dog, and the yellow limping dog.

Some posters have speculated that JM's dog in JM's FB pics could have stayed there along with thee two other dogs; however, I have seen nothing that would back that up.
His dog is pictured on his FB.

This morning's conversation started with a poster saying that JM's dog looked like the dog in MSM's picture of the yellow limping dog. It is not the same dog.

None of the neighbor accounts have described the dogs.

I must admit that I am a dog person. I noted all the facts about the dogs since this case began. :blushing:
