ETA: Just heard that some parts of these reports have been redacted to preserve the evidence (heard on one of the news programs, can't recall which one right now), so perhaps these are not dead ends, but instead they do contain vital information, but we can't view it - I guess we will see tomorrow when they are put up online

Personally I think (not like anyone cares!) it's the former reason. They are keeping true to their squeeze play technique with SC. IMO/JMO/ABC/CIA/DEA.

I wasn't there. But I was there, several times when citizens called in about children fitting Isa's description. Omigosh, listening to the scanners sometimes would bring back memories of the end scene from the movie "Without A Trace", loosely based on the Etan Patz case. Citizen tip finally checked on results in child being found. Police sirens blaring, hundreds of cops driving in a line to bring the abducted child home. lease:

I'm not sure how much I can say since it was in the basement, but it is now in an article. But I will say that there was HEAVY LE presence for more than 30 minutes in the area and we all thought it must have something to do with Isa, and then silence. I believe they actually closed that whole ramp down, and all I kept thinking was "For a blanket!? Must have something to do with Isabel". Wonder if they found anything on it.

UPDATE: One detective reported a positive Luminol reason on the "driver's seat of the Toyota Corolla," that was at the residence. Luminol is used in forensic investigations to identify traces of blood.

Multiple potential sightings were reported including one from the Tivoli Gardens Restaurant in Surprise, AZ. A person notified police saying, "A stocky man in his middle or late 30's was more or less dragging a small girl fitting the description of (Isabel) out of the Tivoli Gardens. I held the exit/front door open for them, but thought it a bit unusual...the little girl was essentially dragged out by the hand before she could respond to my salutation."

Wonder if the stocky man was blonde with CZ studs.

it says blood was found....well blood of anyone could be found anywhere....

even if blood was found in celis home, we still dont know whos blood it is...

I have not had the opportunity to look over these documents but I do feel I need to point out that many things react with luminol.

When luminol does react there is usually a TMB test performed to determine if it could be blood or not.

My concern here is that many will think that there was definately blood found when in fact that may not of been the case.

Allusonz, could you tell us what a "TMB test" is?

They somehow live in a 3000+ square foot home (that God only knows how they afford). How could they be short of space to stack their Salvation Army clothing/shower curtain donations?

Let's see... when you make a donation to Goodwill or Salvation Army, you normally drop them off there. If you have items in your functional car but needed to load it up with kids/dogs/groceries, you might just take those Goodwill items out and stash 'em in the beater. I would.

And that house is under 2300 square feet. Srsly. It is.

Was the question "directly" compensated or just cmpensated? IMO a financial agreement was made for NBC to get the first interview, in my mind that is compensation and the.family did not tell the truth.

There are cases where the media offers meals, clothing makeovers and hotel rooms on a non-contingent basis. The subjects are told that they do not have to give that outlet an interview or give them the first interview.

It generally works out perfectly well for the media. The vast majority of human beings have an innate sense of the importance of reciprocity. Very few people are comfortable receiving something from a stranger without offering some form of reciprocation.

The term for it is "checkbook journalism."

Still trying to catch up, but just wanted to say that I thought I remembered my daughter, years ago, having a pink old navy tank with the flag on it. I was unable to find one new on their website, but maybe they had it this past year, or Isabel had a hand me down.

I find the shoeprints on the electrical box interesting. That seems to point away from an inside job, as someone in the home wouldn't need to stand on the electrical box.

Just FYI that shoe print on the box... those boxes latch with a spring loaded clip in them and are quite hard to get locked by just popping the lid on, a good bit of the time a tech needs to stomp down on them top to get them to lock. its not an electrical box its a cable ped. ( former cox cable tech )

Yes, but that wasn't the problem I had with it. It was the lie. I think they should have been straight forward with what they received. I would think that when asked that question they would have thought "Oh, NBC is paying for our hotel" and said something along the lines of "NBC has been paying for this hotel, but it wasn't in order to receive the first interview". But they didn't, and then it came out that NBC is paying for the hotel, so it seems deceptive.
