So is it true that they have three dogs? Because I just cannot understand how someone could come into the child's room and take her away, with three dogs in the home at the time. Dogs smell strange humans in the home at night, and they hear the tiniest sounds, like a window being opened from the outside. I really want to know what kind of dogs they are.

I'm not sure looking at the docket. Beats me. Doesn't say the breed of dog.

TC4-76 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT VACCINATION
TC4-81 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT LICENSE
TC4-76 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT VACCINATION

But it's entirely possible that the dogs were "impounded" when they got in trouble for them running loose...
So, they may not have been there that night anyway...

Okay, There are two dockets. One case number ends in 20 and the other in 22.

The X numbers are citation numbers, so it appears on the 13th two different citations were written.

Ending in case number 20:

1 / 1 A X0067820 4/13/2012 TC4-76 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT VACCINATION
2 / 1 B X0067820 4/13/2012 TC4-81 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT LICENSE
3 / 1 C X0067820 4/13/2012 TC4-76 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT VACCINATION

Ending in case number 22 :

1 / 1 A X0067819 4/13/2012 TC4-97 ANIMAL-DOG RUNNING AT LARGE
2 / 1 B X0067819 4/13/2012 TC4-81 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT LICENSE
3 / 1 C X0067819 4/13/2012 TC4-76 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT VACCINATION
4 / 1 D X0067819 4/13/2012 TC4-97 ANIMAL-DOG RUNNING AT LARGE
5 / 1 E X0067819 4/13/2012 TC4-81 ANIMAL-NO CURRENT LICENSE

Both cases state "COMPANION FILE EXISTS"

There are three no currrent vaccinations, three no current license, and two dog running at large.

Since there were two running at large charges, I'd guess two larger backyard dogs got loose. The animal control perhaps demanded to see the paperwork on the little dog we see in the pictures, who did not get loose?

The arraignment is set for Thursday.

I am not sure they have three dogs, but it does seem that they did by the court dockets (two case numbers). I see the uncle has a big dog in his online pics. We see a little dog in the pic with Isa.
I really want to know if the dogs were impounded or not.
I have always had dogs, and yes, dogs do react when something is not right with their world.
I personally do not ignore my dogs when they bark.
Tuscon also has a loud animal ordinance, so it is hard for me to imagine that anyone would let their dogs bark after 11 pm at night.
I am having trouble with this, too...

Yes, that is possible, but would they leave the dogs there for a whole week racking up even more charges? Unless they simply gave up the dogs at that point.

From what I read, any owner wanting an undocumented dog back would be asked to pay for the license, boarding, vaccination, get the dog(s) back, and then wait for the arraignment on the misdemeanor charge.

I am not sure how long the Tuscon pound would keep dogs before putting them up for adoption.

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered, but have the parents taken LDT's? Results?

Thanks!

Mel

Hmm if the dogs were impounded on the night Esabel went missing. I would be also looking at who made the complaint call to have the dogs impounded. JMO

I thought about this the other night!! My house was broken into years ago. We had a dog that was outside that day. He would never let anyone in the house. That particular day he was let out of my back yard to roam the neighborhood while my house was robbed. moo Someone was watching my house. moo

Considering all of the neighbors. friends and family who have been willing to speak with reporters about this case, we could save ourselves a lot of trouble and just ask someone if the family had any doggie trouble recently.

I'm not Facebook member. Maybe one of you who is could post some of these questions on the Isabel facebook. I suggest being very tactful, not mention sleuthing anyone for charges.

How many and what kind of indoor/outdoor dogs? Do they have a doggie door? Were the dogs there when Isabel disappeared? Were any of the dogs new? Cuddly pets or guard dogs? Were any of the dogs routinely kept in a kennel or an outdoor dog run or chained up? Any of them have puppies recently?

My dog Chloe who was a pitbull, just passed away a few months ago, she would sleep through everything. Really depends where a dog sleeps. If someone came through Caleighs window and the dogs were sleeping in the living room they might not have noticed. I think dogs are just like humans sometimes when you are sleeping you are sound asleep.

Good Morning,

I know this has been asked and answered, but this thread is moving so fast ... but a few questions because I am still so confused !

1. Was Mom at work the night Isabel "disappeared" ?

2. Where was Dad the night Isabel "disappeared" ?

3. Were there any other adults in the home the night Isabel "disappeared" ?

4. Isabel has 2 older brothers : were they in the home the night Isabel "disappeared" ?

Is there a Timeline or a Link that has this info that someone could kindly post ?

Thanks !!!

:please: that Isabel is found safe and sound !

I am using 'we' in the general sense.

Everytime another child is stolen in the night from her/his own bed it tears the very fabric of what we hold dearly...our own personal safety and that of our families.

How can it be..how can it happen.. we always seem to ask, yet, time and time again we have to face the fact that it does happen, and will happen again.

Imo, criminals are getting smarter and it seems more and more cases go unsolved and the victim never found. Does our society inadvertently teach them to be smarter by putting shows on that explains how to be a smarter criminal? Perhaps.

We clamour for anything reasonable. We ask but.. but what about the dogs? I say what about them? Haven't we discussed enough tragic cases by now to know dogs are as unpredictable as humans?

Why didnt the dog bark like crazy when Couey entered the Lunsford home to steal Jessica away from her family? Why didnt the two dogs inside of the Greone home attack, snarl, and alert the Greone family that Duncan had invaded their home? One was an agressive pit bull and the other a large dog also. And other kidnappings had a dog in the victim's home yet no one had a clue their home had been invaded. Do dogs sense evil too and can they also be fearful? I think they can. So having dogs in a home does not prevent children from being taken everytime.

Imo, now we have another bold criminal willing to risk everything to get what they wanted and once again the safety the family felt is gone forever.

I think we like to think taking children from a home is a hard task because if we dont think that.. then the terror and fear it strikes in each one of us is overwhelming. But sadly it is not hard to nab a child. We already know that for we have seen the aftermath of what happened to children who have been abducted right out of their own beds...whether they lived in a mobile home or an upscale residence. These type of criminals are bold and do not discriminate.

I believe whomever this kidnapper is had already cased the place out. He probably stood in the alley at night and watched this family. I think he had already spotted Isa when she wasnt inside of her home and had already chosen her as his victim of choice. All he had to do is find an open window. Windows now dont make any sound when they are raised. He comes in and Isa is sleeping soundly like most children do that are her age. He gathers her up in his arms carefully so as not to awake her. She feels nothing unusual imo as I have no doubt her own parents have gathered her up in their arms many times when she feel asleep to move her some place else.

He has Isa in his arms and he goes out the back exit door and out the back gate to his waiting vehicle he put behind the high fence wall in the back and he drives off with her, imo.

This is only my opinion of what happened.

Regretfully, I do believe another pedophile has struck the hearts of Amercians, and Isa' family this time, and it is not going to end like any of us hopes and prays it does.

IMO
