Yah never know... could still be some sort of scenario like that.. maybe did'nt even involve SC but since the body would have had to have gone somewhere I kinda have to factor him into it. shouldnt he have been interviewed at some point?
and if so, can someone post the packet/pg.....

I saw his name listed as one of the persons entering the neighborhood that day. If you download the documents then you can use the search function to find key words. My eyes are too tired or I'd look for you.

Something about when Becky spoke in the local TV interview and Sergio was looking at her. The *reason* he was looking at her was because he was trying to figure out what *he* was going to say next. :waitasec:

Maybe LE can't figure out who he is either, the cousin, brother, uncle, twice removed, friend of someone's gf who noone knows if he lived with the family, owes a drug dealer, slept at the house that night or lives with another relative in the neighborhood. Or, if he was the original spokesperson for the family and where he is now. Geesh!

I don't if the guy has a concealed weapon permit, but if he does, then he is required by law to state he has a weapon on his person to any law enforcement officer and surrender if asked.

RC keeps saying "my daughter", so much not our daughter. I wonder if SC is bio dad? I know allot of us say my but she says it all the time listen to when she defends SC.

I always use "my son" or "my house" when my ex-husband wasn't with me as I was talking to a friend (never talked to a reporter before).

If my ex was standing next to me, then I would use "our" son, "our" house.

Why would a perp wear those boots ? They are not designed for speed and agility ? When he jumped down into the yard, wouldn't it be kind of loud ? If the ground is packed dirt ? Also, IMO, they would be hard to run in...if the need arose.

Is it mostly sand there? That would give them a good shoeprint impression if so.

I see a lot of mothers do that and frankly it highly ticks me off when I hear them do it. It makes it seems like the children are theirs only and are their "possessions" like a piece of luggage.

I dont think Becky even realizes she does it.

Because they supposedly left prints on the outside of the fence on the box, which would be from dirt, but I'm still looking to see if there were any prints in the yard up to the window.

yeah, i know how to use it as i work in adobe almost everyday lol
my eyes too were tired LOL...i just didnt know if someone had the info readily available..

Respectfully, as the parent of a child with ADHD, I do not think that having ADHD makes anyone more prone to killing a sibling.

I know some kids with ADHD have aggressive traits, buy c'mon, it's not like they are sociopaths.

And where is the proof that one of the boys has ADHD? Not challenging, just asking.

On live KOLD Coach: Has always remained consistant about what he has said. He says the docs mistates what he said to the detective. A couple thing he didn't say the way it was written up. His son & Isa played on the same team. He didn't know Sergio that well. Met him 7 to 8 times. Had been asked if Isa had run away & he felt that was odd & the report did not state it correctly. The interview was not recorded, the officer did not write anything down during interview. He calls it a "misunderstanding".
