just going off memory, the positives were the toyota driver's seat and her bedroom floor but I will go back and re-read and make sure. I was really tired last night when I was reading the whole thing.

I agree with you that the blood was cleaned up. I would like to know by whom as well. A stranger/intruder could probably care less about cleaning up after himself, don't you think? IMO/JMOO

I also don't think an intruder would take the time to clean. Presumably in the dark ? No...I think there was a family tragedy. JMO

Here is what I would like to know. If Sergio was the one who caused Isa's disappearance, and I have my suspicion, what clothes was he wearing that night when RC went to bed? When she saw him next what clothes was he wearing? If not the same clothes, where are these clothes? Are they missing or did he do laundry that night?

Of course, no one will know the answer here but I think RC may.

I'd like to see some evidence Sergio actually worked.

all from page 33-34 packet #5

I did think it necessary to block out the fictional name or PAY phone number of the fake tipster on the alleged loan.

Did they mean crushed? Crushed makes more sense than crunched.
I can't locate the post but I can locate the doc where it is stated-I was just reading it. It is in PDF2, page 69. It also says the screen was "to the side of the window on the floor outside". I've never heard the ground referred to as a floor. :waitasec:

The frames on my screens are a very lightweight aluminum, with the slightest pressure on the frame, they are "crunched".

The only place that I heard that the vehicle is not operating is on Nancy Grace, however, I have never heard how they actually know that the vehicle is not working. Perhaps it is their "assumption" because the vehicle is parked on the side of the house.

ETA: Found the info about the vehicle indicating the car was not working. Mystery solved.

Yesterday when I went by the home, I noticed the windshield is shattered, as well.

I hate to bring up the <the one who got away with murder case> but I see this case as perhaps heading that way. I did from the very beginning. Sergio telling his wife to get her butt home was just the tip of the iceberg. That's something you say to someone when there is trouble at the homefront.

:moo:

I totally agree with you!
That statement said so much!!!!
We say that in our house when someone is in trouble!

Please do not discuss the minor children in an accusatory nature. They are victims of this situation and should be treated as such, unless LE tells us differently.

Someone here... Joe? said he used to disconnect people's cable TV for nonpayment (IIRC) and used to have to jump over walls like this sometimes to do so. Maybe he can tell us what footwear he wore, and perhaps it will indicate whether a cable installer or meter reader wearing work boots may have used that box to get over the fence at some point.

I did see JQP make a statement. He said he worked in a supervisory position for a cable company. He told Anita that sometimes a worker might have to stomp on a lid of a box like that to shut it.

How would that explain the matching prints on the gas meter on the other side of the yard?

IMO if a worker needed to get in a backyard, it would be unprofessional and dangerous to jump over a wall to a yard with dogs.

Well mom might not know!
Think about it!

Dad might be the one that helping to cover for one of his children.
dad was the one that held them together the glue!
LE tood the glue away and maybe the pages will start to unravel and
the kids with talk to becky..

What if its just a horrible accident?

but then again if it was an accident why cover it up!

Who knows?

I have a few "theories" about what might have happened to Isabel. Among them is an accident that left the child critically injured or deceased. The reason for the cover-up might have something to do with the reason that CPS visited the home previously. The parents feared that reporting the incident would raise suspicions of ongoing problems in the home and place the boys at risk for removal. :moo:

Thats a good question!

Did the boys change their clothes also so go out and look for their sister?

I keep thinking about Sergio now saying that after he slept on the couch for awhile he eventually went to bed (with Becky) at 5:00 a.m. - didn't he say that she asked him if he was just coming to bed, and he answered that he had fallen asleep on the couch? Regardless, if they had a mini-conversation at 5:00 and in AZ it is just about daylight by that time, could they have fallen asleep enough that they didn't hear the dogs (theirs and/or the neighbor's dog or dogs) at 6:30? This puzzles me . . . (along with many other statements made by Sergio)

Anita, wow. Thanks for the great pics.

The OM camera is so far away from the home. The trees in the parking lot block any possible view, as well. I have wondered about that possible camera since the start, so thank you!

If that camera on the house was operable, then it would have probably caught whomever stepped on the utility box on the alley, but not the gas meter... The footprints matched on both.

Thanks again! Great pics!

Anita posted them in the media/timeline thread Patty G set up

Yesterday when I went by the home, I noticed the windshield is shattered, as well.

Do we know if the windshield was shattered before? I live in AZ and I remember one time I had the smallest of "holes" in my windshield from previously being hit by a small rock on the freeway, and with the extreme heat, one day when it was parked, all of a sudden it shattered! Earlier this week we had some very high temperatures.

Thank you! Child abductors wouldn't clean up the blood or steal a dead child.
