Maybe this is a regular walk for them.

While I can accept local LE being misdirected by technology...I do not believe (imo) the FBI would make a slip like this. jmo

The neighborhood looks as if there are some businesses nearby and so, it is not totally residential. It seems fairly similar to my neighborhood.

There are people walking by at all times of the day and night. You can sometimes hear people talking outside. Sometimes you can hear people fighting.

There is gang activity. There is drug activity. There are random gunshots.

People walk around. That isn't uncommon.

Kevin Fox, Riley's dad...comes to mind. In trying to cooperate with LE, without attorney (because innocent people do not need attorneys) Kevin Fox was coerced into confessing to his daughter's murder. Problem: He was innocent.

This happens too often and it is bad news and people dont get attorneys because everyone thinks they are guilty if they do, absolutely ridiculous.

Could Isabel's parents want compensation for media appearances? If they believe that there will be "demands" to be met to get their daughter back, maybe they would be more willing to appear on TV shows if they're paid (for photos, video, etc.). Just a thought... :moo:

If they collected dozens of tapes at one time and believed all to be from the night in question, it is possible, I guess...JMO

It was a company that provided LE with the video not through the church directly? I can see a groundsman or something at the church mistakenly handing over the wrong video but I find it hard to believe that someone from a security/surveillance company would make that mistake with their own tapes/equipment. They work with it everyday! They know how to pull up the correct day.

My post meant that for these bar patrons, maybe this is a regular walk for them, literally.
I was not speaking of LE at all figuratively or literally ...

Do we know the FBI was involved in the analysis of the video?

I almost feel that the LE/family could be being threatened in some way. How can one say say, yes, we want to find out the person on the tape and the next day say, sorry guys, we were wrong - (that guy you see on the tape is irrelevant).

Looking at this tape, it seems to be run off a computer but not sure if it was pasted over that way. My question #1 would be: was there no time/date stamp or was it the wrong date? It's not both. And if it is not time-stamped, how did they know the 1-1:30 time frame?

That's it from me for a while. This case is frustrating me. I'm seriously thinking maybe the family is doing this for money and a family member has her. Why she'd leave maybe willingly and at 6:30 am. Or, someone's got her and they are threatening to harm her so everyone is quiet and the Police are playing nicey nice and backing off about what's in the video.

When the video was released, it was one of our WS posters who first alerted us to the creeper guy. She called a Tuscon detective who said he wasn't aware of the creeper guy and would let the other detectives know. Oopsy! Now we find out the video is from the wrong date. Double oopsy. It's like they couldn't screw it up more if they tried. There has to be more to this.

And watch this version of the surveillance video. About the half way mark, the video zooms in on the group so they are much more visible. Why didn't LE release this version instead of the less view-able one? They wanted to know who this group was, why not release the tape that shows them? They had a week to work on this. I don't like to LE bash, but someone didn't do their homework.

We know this video was vetted by the FBI. Something stinks!

You can never underestimate the stupidity of some people and I think y'all know that.

Many people would hand over a surveillance tape that said 1:30 AM with Friday's date, when it should have been 1:30 AM with Saturday's day. At midnight, it becomes another day. Lots of people do not realize that. It is sad, but true.

Mr. Moore is a professional who may have kept silent for what is in Isabels best interest as well as local LE and the FBI. *I do not believe in the "oops" we transcribed the dates by accident. Back to lurking :twocents:

If the footage is from the wrong day, why does it have to be from early Sunday morning. Why can't be it be from early Friday morning or any other early morning before Saturday?

I'd love to see Nancy Grace interview the parents. Any parent that doesn't cooperate 100% with LE and answer any and every single question they have makes me question their involvement.

I would like to see the parents speak with media. But not Nancy. She has a way of twisting things that I cannot take. And I don't really consider her media anyway; she's more showbiz and theatrics IMO.

How many parents who harm/murder their children have incentive to do so before the very instant they do it? Something could have set one of them off that particular night.

There is a case in the news here where a 2-year-old boy was beaten terribly by his mother's boyfriend. Basically every bone in his body, including his skull, was fractured. The boyfriend's reasoning? The little boy was crying. And the mother, who before this had never done anything wrong, was there and didn't stop any of it. She didn't even call 911 when she realized her baby was unconscious. A neighbor heard the commotion and called.
