I drove past the Celis house yesterday. From the get go I was thinking this was an inside job, but I must say, the location makes me feel like it could have easily been a stranger. The house, being situated at the end of 12th st with the empty parking lot next door kind of seems like an easy target. also it is so close to Broadway that anyone walking by regularly could have seen Isabel and maybe become infatuated. Also, I personally don't think the break-in at Snyder and Cataling Hwy is related...that area is pretty far out - almost rural- def not metro like BW/Craycroft

I do think it is related, lets say if he did take Isabel and doesnt have her anymore (god forbid) and that made his compulsions escalate he would be on the prowl for another victim and that area out there would be the place to hit since it is far enough away from the first scene and sort of rural that he wouldnt be risking as much to try and grab another one. I personally think we may have a predator on the loose.

I am glad to hear they are requesting video from the softball game, but wondering why it is taking so long? Surely if I were a parent videoing my child at a softball game and another child was abducted that very night (who was at the softball game), I would have been calling the police that very day and offering the video. Maybe the perp is on video - for !*(*(!*#&#^! sake, it has been over a week!

I am still of the opinion that whoever has her, watched her, most likely at her softball game, and became obsessed. my goodness, put a move on already!!!

Translation: Saying the parents staged this for the money is ridiculous and we do not support those theories.

Once again, I'll take owership of that as an answer as to why or how the family could be involved. I also said that perhaps something happened in the home that led to her being harmed.

I think the family is involved - I don't know how or why - but I do find it very interesting that LE said yesterday that they were now going to be talking to the Celis boys to see if they were acting any differently in the week leading up to their sister's dissappearance.

How come I can't have that opinion without being attacked?

Yeah, I'm a little weirded out at the fact that it's taking so long to get video from the LL parents. I mean, the coaches would/should have all the kids' families' contact info, how long should it take to contact them all - whether coach does it thru a group email, or LE calls them individually - and find out who, if anyone, took video or pics??!

Between this and the bizarro wrong-day video, I am, as I said up above, feeling pretty hopeless about the whole case.

BBM. I didn't hear that during the presser. (Admittedly, my jaw was on the floor for a bit, so I could have missed it.) However, I haven't seen that anywhere, either. Did you hear that or are you paraphrasing? (No attack here, just very curious.) Tia~!

I am not a conspiracy theory guy but I did 10 years of research, real research in to Franklin Credit Union Scandal and I am pretty sure it happened and being that many of our elected officials are/were involved I seriously doubt you will hear about it from the cia controlled MSM

BBM. How does the CIA control main stream media??

Was posted here yesterday in a media link provided by a WS'r. I asked for the link two pages ago so I wouldn't have to fish for it, got no response. It's in the last thread.

Thanks, Lark. I'll just rewatch the presser.

I don't think anyone is attacking you, I think some of us are expressing our honest opinion of your theories, it is a discussion forum, so we are exchanging our thoughts on the topics other members bring up.

Im not attacking you and you are not the only one who believes that, I actually wasnt even referring to you, I have seen it on many other local forums also.

Its no big deal I just cant see it with this family. I really do appreciate your opinion, its nothing personal at all.

Yea, I agree, it is strange they have not cleared them yet. I think we will be hearing from mom and dad very soon.

I think TPD is doing the best they can, I have some cousins who work for TPD, good people, its a good department. My family has been in Tucson a long time, it is widely considered to be Tucson's first family. I can tell you that there are a lot of very good and concerned people working around the clock to find Isabel, what I cant tell you is what they have to work with, I assume not much but my experience tells me they have someone in mind and are slowly working towards a resolution.

I have to toot TPD's horn here, too. When I was robbed at work, the first responders were awesome and sensitive. They explained to me how I would probably be feeling and about the victim services. The detectives were professional, yet it felt like they cared about how I was doing and dealing with it. I deal with a couple officers that work the area and when I call them and they have to come out, they never make me feel like the call is petty or a waste of their time. They really are top-notch, IMO. FWIW.

O/T
This morning, after dressing for work, I realized I had not put out my garbage cans last night. I took my kitchen trash out (I don't take anything perishable out until trash day due to rats) and walked it out the back door. When I got to the trash cans, I found one had a bag of grass clippings in the bottom, so I put it outside the fence, added the kitchen trash, and covered it. Then I noticed a lumpy "contractors" trash bag (larger and thicker than a regular trash bag) next to the cans that I had used to bag up a really decrepit looking tea rose I dug out last week. I grabbed my second garbage can, and then realized it had 6" of water in the bottom of it from rain. Plus two drowned rats, stinking to high heaven. I drained off as much water as possible and took the can outside the fenced area. I attempted to carry the rose bush (in the bag) out to the can. I held it as far as I could from me to avoid getting mud on my dress or running my nylons on the thorns. It was REALLY heavy and it was all I could do to get it into the can. It took five minutes of trying to swing it up and into the can. Can fell over once or twice, bag was hanging out too much, etc. If anyone saw me, they would have HAD to think there was a child's body in it. It was lumpy and misshapen, obviously heavy, and I was holding it at a distance. If a "Nosy Nellie" had come along to check, they would also have smelled the decomposing rats under the bag in the can and called police.

Point is... I bet NOBODY NOTICED, even though I was in view of several homes (the lots are 16' wide with a 10' alley between rows) and it was almost 8am on trash day when you would EXPECT to run into lots of people in the alley putting THEIR trash out. Unless it bears directly on them, most people either don't notcie what is going on around them, or don't want to get involved.

I had to chuckle at your story.

My DD went thru about 2 years of chronic constipation as a preschooler.

When she would have one of her 'spells' it was torture for not only DD, but her dad and me. She would scream and fight having to sit on the toilet and eventually, after 3 or so days of this, I would have to attempt to use an enema on a screaming, kicking, hysterical 3-year-old.

I know our windows were open on more than one occasion and I fully expected a visit from the local PD. But it never happened.

I can honestly say if I heard the kinds of sounds I KNOW our neighbors no doubt heard, I'd have been calling 911 in no time!

Sorry for the OT.

I get the feeling that TPD doesn't quite know to make of the family and/or their reactions...JMO

The detectives working closely with the family would probably tell us more, I dont think the brass like Fabian has really spent any time with them.

When you rewatch the presser, would you be so kind as to post what you heard as well as the link. TIA :blowkiss:

True, but he is being sent out there to say specific things...and all he keeps saying is that LE wants the family to talk to media, will help them do so, etc...and it comes off to me, at least, that LE is confounded by the fact that they are not seeming to respond. JMO

TPD is awesome! With my crime that I was a victim of, they were just awesome. They did so much for me and my son. I will never forget the sincere support I got from them. I cant talk highly enough about them. I think this is a really weird, hard case. I just hope and pray for Isa to come home safe.

I found the post by the WS member posted, of which, might be during the presser, but not sure.

Greg says LE has turned their focus to the children's classmates and friends to find out what they may have said over text message and how the family had been the week before Isa vanished.

Greg says Isa's brothers were interviewed by police.

Is this what you read by another member?

ETA: Apparently the information regarding what Greag stated is coming from Nancy Grace, so we need to take this information "with a grain of salt".

Also, LE mentioned wanting videos from the Little League game last week...today he just said they still want them. So if they got any, they either were not helpful or want more to back up anything seen on them, IMO.
