WHAT did Nancy just say about the mother not wanting to wake up Isa?
I didn't hear that. What else did you hear?

Would that be something like glue sniffing type thing? Sniffing vapors from from various substances.
All of what I am about to say is pure speculation. IF uncle had been questioned and said that he did not go back to the house or sleep there and a dog hit on his scent in Isabel' room.
One of the boys may have said they never went in to Isa's room but the dogs hit on one of their scents.
Isa's scent may have been picked up leaving the house via a door and no hits on her scent at the window.
Blood tracings - which could have been an innocent scuffed knee - they can alert to invisible stuff and they can have false alerts too.
Here is his statement:
You don't think anything like that will happen to you and you wake up and you're in that scenario. Everything goes through your mind. Anger, confusion. They're very upset right now. Her mother is beside herself. We're just trying let the police do their thing and get as much information as we can."
"You wonder, is this happening. Is it a dream? You hear about it, but it's real," said Justin Mastromarino, Isabel's uncle.
His use of the word "you" included his own personal experience with this tragedy. Where was his concern for Isabel? He knew about her disappearance and that she is only six years old, but concern for her wasn't crossing his mind at this time.
I was just thinking this and wondering from a lawyer's perspective if it was/is wise to allow a minor child to go unaccompanied with LE if what happened today was a part of the ongoing investigation.
Strictly moo of course.. but if they did remove a comforter from the home do we really believe they would just carry it out bare handed, not in any bag and toss it into one of the police cars? That just doesnt seem right at all? Moo if they had new evidence they'd decided to remove from the home there is no way they would remove it in this fashion.. and in front of media no less.. if that blanket(if that is what it in fact is) did turn out to have important or even any evidence on it wwhatsoever..a defense Atty would have a hay day with the way it was collected and even have media videotape prove it..
Marijuana DISTRIBUTION in Douglas county.
A DUI, so he lost his license. Then drove without a license. And I think a controlled substance arrest.
And then he comes to stay with his relatives.![]()
Yeah, over decades they might be "rather normal", but not 3 DUIs in 2011 (in one year).
No clue by legal definition, but I know that's how the charges read on criminal records here (I own rental property here so do criminal checks on tenants)...
They also have something called "internal possession" meaning they can't find the substance, but know it's been ingested.
3 DUI's is like 3 weekends out getting drunk and driving a car and stupid enough to get caught.
When I made my statement, I did it as DUI's being on a lot of people's record in the USA more so then 3 DUI's in a year.

Information "too sensitive" to release. Guest thinks LE has nothing and making it up.
**NOTE: I didn't get the names of all the guests and hopefully they will be posted in the transcript tomorrow. The only one I knew was Marc Klaas. LOL
If the Today Show thing is true, it rubs me wrong. Not that it makes them guilty, or anything, and I am glad they will be speaking to someone finally (Hopefully!)...but it just seems weird to me to bypass the local media and go straight to the Today Show.
If I recall correctly, right now in Ohio 1 out of 7 has a DUI on their record. If you count how many were technically DUIs, but plead down to lower charges like physical control or reckless operation, it's even higher. For many people, it's a one and done thing - they learn their lesson from their mistake. But many others have drinking problems or feel as if they are "okay" to drive when they are not. And so rack up more than one. You'd be surprised just how many times this occurs every day across the country.
Huffing....swell. On whose criminal record was "vapor" listed? (Good grief. This is the worst thing people can do to their brains as it kills brain cells that don't regenerate.)

Could "sensitive" refer to a minor?
I can't find the reference for this. Can I ask what context this word is used in ? TIA.

Google "vapor arrest". It is also associated with LE busting following someone for reeking of mj.
