Can someone tell me how to screen schot a whole facebook page? I still have Justin Rector's page, and I know I can't post it here now, but maybe later we'll have a basement room I can post it in.

I'm sitting here, sorting out the cast of characters and I believe that the Grandmother at the house is RF's mother. I got this from the 911 call.

So you had her with you at Walmart and then she disappeared?
No, no, no, no She stayed at home with her sister and her mom getting ready for bed. Her sister and my mom getting ready for bed and when we got back she was already gone

  • #243
It was a stumble on that 911 call. I almost fell over when stepdad/live-in mom's boyfriend said Isabel and not Isabella as her name. He didn't have a clue which it was. imo Someone (most likely Bella's sister it sounded like) had to tell him her real name, fgs!!

I'm trying to have patience. uhmmmmmm yoga noise....uhmmmm

Every time I hear "I would die for my kid" I want to scream, BUT WOULD YOU LIVE FOR THEM???? It was eitehr Dr. Phil, or Dr. Drew that made that statement and explain it on an episode a long time ago. Lots of truth in that if you think about it.

Are you willing to LIVE the life your child needs? Are you willing to LIVE for you child by not taking risky lifestyle choices? Dying could be easy. Living is harder. LIVE FOR YOURSELF! Be willing to LIVE for your kid!!!

How sad is it that we have to depend on a 10-year-old girl's statements for information while her mom and stepdad dance around the truth in order to keep themselves out of trouble.

A mother who said " but I have never ever been, never ever able not to provide for my daughter" and a stepdad who couldn't remember if her name was Isabella or Isabel. They foisted the responsibility for helping the search team look for Bella onto a ten-year-old child! And left poor Bella in the hands of a convicted criminal so they could go out.

Shaking my head isn't enough; I'm shaking my fist at them. What could possibly be more important than your beloved child?

I watched this video and I thought she said "I've always provided for them, I've not been ever not to provide for her" or something like that. It was something like, she has always been able no matter what, to provide for her daughter. I found that somewhat a reason to smh. jmo since the children had been living elsewhere for quite a while, imo.

eta, I think they act quirky because they do drugs and know the state can and will take their children away. Money...sadly sometimes. gah I said it..

http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/nevada/bullhead-city-girl-strangled-medical-examiner-says

"Isabella Grogan-Cannella, the missing 8-year-old girl who was found in a shallow grave less than a mile from her Bullhead City, Ariz., home, had been strangled, the Mohave County medical examiner announced Friday.

Investigators are still trying to determine whether Isabella, who was called “Bella,” was sexually assaulted, officials said."

Poor sweet little thing. RIP sweet baby girl. :heartbeat:

This is getting weirder and weirder. I know there were some contradictory statements in msm that Bella's sister reported that she heard yelling while LE said she told them she didn't hear anything.

I hate to broach the subject but is it possible the sister is trying to protect her mom and stepdad?

The sister also told the Daily News that Rector later texted messages to the family indicating that he had Grogan-Cannella and asking what they were going to do about it.

Quite sure that's an MSM reporting mistake and NOT a change in story based on having watched it play out on twitter and in articles as comments were coming out and then things being clarified when the presser happened.

We had a highly publicized triple murder here in San Diego and with a preliminary hearing and a ton of warrants being unsealed media is contradicting things, even in print, left and right in their rush to get things out.

How this played out yesterday here with Isabella is similar. (You can see if you simply go back and read the thread during even just the time news was really breaking yesterday during the probably 3-ish hour window as the biggest things were happening)

I'd say the odds of the sister trying to cover would be about as high as the odds that the person in jail for Isabella's murder actually being uninvolved.

As in about 0% possibility.

Buying snacks for the kids.....why does her saying that make me furious? :maddening:

She needed to make their lunches for school the next day! She had to buy some crackers, fresh organic fruit and some non-growth-hormone cow cheese cubes to make silly faces for their Bento boxes, and some napkins to write funny jokes on to remind them they were loved! And two small squares of dark chocolate, as a treat AND an antioxidant!

Thank you! I know we cannot reference them unless they were qualified in MSM.

So why hasn't there been any charges of obstruction of justice against the immediate family? Perhaps they did tell LE about the texts but if so, it doesn't jive with the further statements from the family in MSM. Why hasn't the mother addressed this?

They have emphasized from the get go that there is possibility of both additional charges AND additional arrests.

Frankly I think they're waiting for all the forensic evidence to come back and also to continue to look at things.

There's NO reason to rush to possibly arrest or charge anyone with obstruction or anything else.

EVERYONE is watching the parties involved - everyone has been watching all the possible parties involved from the get go!

I've never seen a case on WS - or elsewhere - when rumors from the beginning (and that was nearly all we had almost until she was found and the arrest happened!) have nearly all ended up being accurate. They are DEFINITELY being watched - and had been - by those around them. And LE absolutely is also.

They aren't going to get away...and if they made steps that made it appear they may try to leave, I think LE might at least bring them in under something else if they weren't 100% on possible involvement (whether cover up or obstruction or something else) at that point.

And frankly, LE is likely learning a whole lot sitting back and letting them all talk and do their thing.

A little surprised mom, especially hasn't been told to --> :silenced: by someone. But like I said, I think it's providing additional info so LE is probably thrilled. They're continuing to contradict themselves in the scramble attempt of making stories fit or (supposedly) make sense.

No, no, no, no She stayed at home with her sister and her mom getting ready for bed. Her sister and my mom getting ready for bed and when we got back she was already gone

 Was Mom there or not?!?! Who in the heck was actually in the home that evening? Who left? Who went with RF and where did they go? When did they go, and when did they get back?
.
2 Bedrooms upstairs/ Most likely Grandma and Tania/Ralph slept in those.

So if the kids were getting ready for bed in the living room, and Mom's last words to Bella were as she stated, something like get your butt to bed Bella, then they had beds there, or maybe the couch was a sleeper couch, or maybe they slept on the floor or couches. Where does that leave JR sleeping? Or anyone else in the house ? Ralph didn't know what Bella was last wearing, he asked her sister. How brave, and what a memory to recall exactly what she was wearing!

And someone is living with you, but you invite them to a huge cookout in the park? Tania said her Mom wasn't ever a Mom, well, why was she called before 911? Did she need to borrow some money? Was she checking to see if Grandma had made a surprise visit, and took Bella? Why did she tell TP "they got Bella"? Why did she tell her that JR was missing and Bella was missing but didn't tell police that?

After I've slept, and my mine is clearer, I'm going to try to write each version, with a media link! :gah:

:jail: :moo:

Three Grandma's have been mentioned: Toni Page who is Tania Grogan's Mom. The one who spoke on NG, and in local media against her daughter. Freddie Nicholson who is Ralphy Folster's Mom. The Grandma where they were living. Sue Winchester...not sure who she's related to.

SW is the biological fathers mother

Was the number of actual residents in that house even legal? Though something like that sounds like the least of LE's problems out there. Still, these types of residences overloaded with kids and adults are so often hives of criminals, smalltime or otherwise. Jmo

O/T but it was Dr. Phil. He said it in an episode I watched this week (reruns).

just going to get snacks for the kids at Walmart

"Grogan says she left Isabella and her older sister upstairs with Folster's mother. She claims she did not even know Rector, a family friend, was in the home. Court records, however, state Grogan's two children were downstairs with Rector and three other friends. Grogan says she called police after searching for Isabella for more than 40 minutes. "

http://www.kpho.com/story/26461801/isabellas-mother-she-was-my-baby-she-was-my-world?autostart=true

Some observations/questions:

1.) Can the people surrounding this case keep even one story straight?

2.) Really? The adults were going to Walmart to get snacks for the kids... At 11:30p.m.... When the kids were supposedly getting ready for bed... And it being a school day the next day?

3.) So... Court docs say (per article above) the two girls were downstairs with Rector and THREE other friends...
- Who are all these people???
- And why do the numbers keep changing???

4.) I would really like to see a floor plan of this house... All these references to "upstairs" and "downstairs" are making me wonder what is the significance of the two (three?) levels...
- Is the living room and kitchen on the downstairs ...and the bedrooms on the upstairs?
- Is there a basement, as well?

5.) And...mom says in this article that she didn't even know Rector was at her home?

I bet LE is having a field day having Grogan continuing to talk to media... And implicating herself further and further....

All... JMO

It is sad, but the 10 year old is the only one that doesnt have an agenda, KWIM? Jmo and all that jazz. So, IMO, she is the only reliable witness other than the walmart video tapes.

Hopefully a local can help me with this question:

In the 911 call, the step-dad mentions 'the river access' - In fact, makes a point of mentioning it while claiming he doesn't know where she could be.

Is this river access close to where the body was found?

None of where they are is THAT far from the river.

But as someone else already replied, Bella's home was closer (1/2 a mile)

Personally I think that they were hoping a river search would preoccupy LE enough to perhaps find Bella (who they obviously knew had been with JJR based on the texts) but were likely think they'd manage to bring her home or something. IMO.

I think the river mention was intentional and a diversion attempt, in some regards.

The lack of details from the beginning was why I immediately posted the distance in my first or second post - which was one of the very first on the thread - because I was afraid whoever took her had used it as a very easy place to try to get her 'away' since it's a much more open space there so it'd have been harder to easily conceal a body there than in a forest or densely populated area, etc.

It was way too apparent from the beginning, even with the very little we were hearing, this story was NOT going to pass the smell test. (And all we're finding out now with people still talking is cementing how much 'smell' there really is to it all I'm afraid...)

Thanks a bunch for the great rundown. Hopefully, others may find it helpful as well and really appreciate you helping me catch up with the story.

So I understand that the stepdad didn't tell 911 about JJR being there. Do you think it's because he may not have known? Or hadn't put 2 and 2 together? Maybe he thought he was sleeping, or had left at a different time or something? I know it may sound like a stretch, but (taking away the allegations of drugs, etc...) if you trusted someone, that ok, he's a druggie and all, but that doesn't necessarily mean you would immediately suspect him of kidnapping and killing your daughter. Does that make sense?

Are you saying that they spoke with police and never mentioned JJR? Did he maybe show up after they had left for WalMart and was gone before they left, so they never put 2 and 2 together? Maybe the 10 year old never even mentioned JJR until pressed by police?

I guess I am just trying to figure out what these people would have to gain from lying about JJRs presence, if they indeed knew about it AND had made the connection?

Not wanting to get LE looking at them - for neglect or child endangerment leaving Isabella with him (esp. since there's no way his past wasn't at least slightly known to them) would sure seem like a very likely first (of many, IMO) possible reasons not to have said it.

Not wanting CPS involvement or investigation (and they are now involved) could be big, especially considering the kids were already with their grandparents for at least 9 months recently.

Bella’s grandparents had custody of her for about nine months, ending earlier this year. During that time, she and her sister, Kaylee, celebrated Christmas with the Pages.

http://www.mohavedailynews.com/news/...9bb2963f4.html

Though that didn't work, apparently, as from almost as soon as we heard JJR had been arrested, we also heard CPS was involved yesterday (and mom has also admitted as much)

He also said Child Protective Services is also involved in the case, but did not provide specifics.

And frankly I'm guessing they didn't expect the 10 yr old to have spoken enough that it was on the record in MSM and not only possibly to end up in police reports.

Snacks for the kids late at night?!?! Why didn't just he go?? He can't make important decisions like brand of chips or flavor of ice cream??? I can't ... Ugh :silenced:

And her story to news person doesn't match court records ... So which is it??? Or boyfriend's 911 call .. Remember he said kids were downstairs in living room right???

ETA or am I wrong in assuming living room is downstairs?

Just jumping off your post...

I am really really curious as to what the video footage at Walmart shows...
- Who all really went to Walmart?
- What was actually bought?
- Did anyone in that household actually go to Walmart?
- Did they only "meet"with others in the parking lot?
- ???

JMO...

Clue, I can't find the post where you just asked, but we HAVE heard from the grandma "on scene" that night - but I've only see it on the reporter Pitts' Twitter so far and not in an article which may be why it's not been talked about...but it was from earlier this afternoon.

Bella's grandma that night: "I was here when it happened…I was sleeping…I should have been awake…I shouldn’t have went to sleep."

Thanks for that! I had wondered about it because of msm reports like this:

Isabella Grogan-Cannella’s 10-year-old sister told the Mohave Valley Daily News on Tuesday evening that she heard yelling and when she came out of the bathroom, Rector and her sister were gone. Williamson specifically contradicted that statement at Thursday’s news conference.

“Bella’s sister did not hear any yelling or any kind of disturbance,” he said.

“(She) told police that the last time she saw Bella was about 11:30 p.m. on Monday when she went to the bathroom,” said Williamson. “Her sister reported Bella was with Rector. When she came out of the bathroom, they were gone.”

http://www.mohavedailynews.com/news...cle_94681350-34d0-11e4-b9e5-0019bb2963f4.html

After seeing so many errors in msm these past days it's hard to trust the memory of some reporters.
