I don't know if I was the only one curious about this but regarding the protection order against JRR... case # M-0842-CV-201000589

It was filed in November 2010 when JRR was 22.

Filed by a 39 yr old and named on the order were 3 minors, ages 7, 7 and 10.

I wondered at first if those were his own kids but now that I see the ages, that would be a NO. I also saw some FB stuff about twins early in the case but can't recall the context. Whoever this is though (the adult who filed for the order) was living in BHC at the time and had the good Spidey Sense to know he/she didn't want JRR around their kids. Too bad TG didn't have the same sense.

The thought of Bella and her sister sharing sleeping space downstairs with adults makes my stomach turn. Maybe they shared a room with mom and stepdad? It doesn't sound like they did but one can hope.

As a WS'er, I'll be watching what happens at the funeral. But, honestly, I wish this family would have a private funeral and stay out of the public eye. I find the public displays undignified...even as I pay attention to the displays for clues. I really hope the funeral doesn't turn into a spectacle and the focus is on Bella.

I read somewhere that he had twin daughters . If those on the protective order are his girls then he would've been 15 ? Gag ... Wonder who his baby mama is?

The 39 yo could've been a grandparent. Sounds young but when you consider having babies at 15 it's really not.

Jumping off your post and not directed at you Irisha, though there is definately a possibility JR raped Bella I don't believe we can take that as fact at this point at all. Kids do die because of plain violence in the moment often and sometimes there is an attempt of hiding them afterwards with no sexual abuse motive. Until we are told otherwise I think this makes more sense to the overall case so far.

Seems like it could be an ex. Or the parent of the children in the last house he 'flopped' in.

I truly do not know what that means ... this is directed to anyone who can explain explicitly the what and the when.

What has TG said / done "in the public eye" to be cause for her to be getting so much grief from the world?

It is clear that people on this site, and people worldwide are frustrated and deeply saddened that yet another child has suffered for the choices of her parent/s. And they are indeed lashing out at this child's "mother".

Since phrases like "it takes a community to raise a child" and "society has let this (criminal/addict/etc.) down" started being bandied about, we have been made to feel like somehow we need to enable till we bleed, sympathize and offer our kindness and support to those who don't live up to their basic human responsibilities.

I do understand and I think it's noble that one poster seems to think they must support and sympathize with this mother. All opinions and observations are important here. But we do get to say what's on our minds, and it seems like the majority have had enough. There is no more understanding and kindness coming from this group to that group, by the looks of it.

I think it all ended when safe injection sites became 'normal' in some of our major cities. That was certainly my tipping point.

I believe I posted it before, somewhere, ...I will be worried for society when we _don't_ protest these horrible preventable tragedies and those responsible for them.

Thank you and I don't deny that SA is a possibability. But until there's a LE link or MSM link, it's speculation to outright call someone a pedophile. I've had a pedophile in my family, they are the last I would ever defend, on WS we deal with real facts. Anyone can set a stage, Drew Peterson, McNeil, to make it look 1 way, when in reality it's a whole different set of facts. I believe he killed Little Bella, but I think the reason is connected to her criminal Parent and step parent.IMO

So our take on the 911 call has hit MSM as well. It's about time someone pointed out the obvious. He was calm and he did not mention JJR at all. So the police didn't know who they were looking for all that time, which might have made a difference as to whether Bella lived or not.

Thank you for your comments! The only item with which I would disagree is the contention that TG is somehow responsible for what happened to Isabella. I would agree she should not have introduced a criminal element in to her home and she is responsible for that and it clearly and emphatically is *wrong*.

But it seems some people find it too difficult to understand that someone being a druggie and / or having been charged with assault or even having a criminal record that does not include pedophilic or molestation charges is no reason to believe the person would molester and / or murder a child. That is just not the case.

Someone who might be labeled as a "DRUG ADDICT" or a "DRUG DEALER" leads people to believe the absolute worse of that person. Yes, it is illegal. Yes, it is a terrible and dangerous life choice in many cases but it is NOT a direct causal reason to expect the person to be a CHILD MOLESTER and / or MURDERER.

I've been attempting to clarify: the possible notion that JJR might be or might have been harboring thoughts of pedophilia or is a child molester apparently was not obvious to TG. I in no way believe TG would knowingly allow harm to come to her children. I also believe that TG did not suspect JJR of being capable of such a crime and in fact, JJR's best friend has made the same claim, i.e.: "I don't believe he would harm a child".

IMO, this is an assumed-pedophile or child molester and murder case. LE, including the FBI believe JJR is the perp. LE and the FBI have by now extensively interviewed both TG and RF, and if they are suspected of having a hand in Isabella's murder you can bet the FBI is thorough enough to extract evidence if it exists.

But as it stands now, as far as we know TG and RF are not charged in this crime. They might be eventually, but with each passing day that we do not hear of such charges being filed, they likely will not be charged.

Any one of us in this forum could be friends with someone who is a pedophile or molester or someone who harbors such thoughts .. *and not know it*.

This is the first Ive heard of a witness! Anyone else???? Is the crime scene they refer to in this story the spot where Bella was found? If so, does that mean she was killed and buried right there as opposed to being murdered elsewhere then transported and left in the wash?
