"Why didn't she just stay in bed?" I swear, I just.... I just don't understand, so I'll say nothing more.

I don't know if I'm allowed to say this please delete if not appropriate. IMO TG seems to think Bella is in some way to blame for what happened. In the link above she said if she could ask Bella something it would be why didn't you stay in bed. Like she had a choice. Also in this interview she wants to ask JJR what did Bella do?

It's almost like she thinks Bella is to blame and also like she believes Justin is just someone who made a mistake and she'll get him to open up to her. JMO

I have so many thoughts on this, but until LE releases more, or makes more arrests, I have to wait. I don't think it's to get him to open up to her, that makes no sense, it's ridiculous. He kidnapped Bella, possibly raped her, and strangled her, there's no why on Bella's part. There's nothing she could've done to deserve it, and why would that even enter someone's head?

But according to the other stories she told, the kids weren't in bed, they were up watching a DVD, or changing for bed or playing or whatever.

In the latest interview, right at the 44 second mark, TG again stays, "Why me?" Again, UGH!

Bella's mother, Tonia, spoke at the funeral: "I love her and ask her why didn't you stay in bed?"

DONE....I am DONE with any sympathy!!!!!

I am furious with TG. If you are going to blame anyone blame the sick monster that you allowed into your daughter's life Tonia. Blame yourself for leaving in the middle of the night to satisfy your munchies. Blame God. Blame anyone but poor Bella.

This is an interview with TG's cousin today at the Memorial. She said something about 11:04 sounds like she says "left with my daughter", the kids were in the fort playing hide n go seek, and an hour later she got a call Bella was missing. So where's this fort, outside in the yard, in the house, because I thought they were playing hide n go seek downstairs? If they supposedly left at 11:30 for Walmart, who was playing hide n go seek, just Bella and the 10 yo? That makes no sense, once again, another puzzle. http://www.mynews3.com/content/video/default.aspx?videoId=5330534&navCatId=30912

BULLHEAD CITY, AZ (AP) -
The man arrested in the disappearance and death of an 8-year-old girl in northwestern Arizona has been indicted on first-degree murder and other charges.

A Mohave County grand jury on Thursday also charged 26-year-old Justin James Rector with felony counts of child abuse, abandonment of a dead body and kidnapping a minor under the age of 15.

He's scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 19 and a federal public defender has been assigned to represent him.

We never heard the results of husband's arraignment yesterday did we?

There was no mention of him during any footage of the memorial was there?

I didn't see him by TG's side during interviews yesterday.

"Why me." ...self-pity, on the day of her daughter's memorial?

Self-pity is the psychological state of mind of an individual in perceived adverse situations who has not accepted the situation and does not have the confidence nor competence to cope with it. It is characterized by a person's belief that he or she is the victim of unfortunate circumstances or events and is therefore deserving of condolence. Self-pity is generally regarded as a negative emotion in that it does not generally help deal with adverse situations. However, in a social context, it may result in either the offering of sympathy or advice. Self-pity may be considered normal, and in certain circumstances healthy, so long as it is transitory and leads to either acceptance or a determination to change the situation.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-pity

Again: I am NOT excusing TG's behavior! This is a sleuthing web site. This is what we do.

As stated in the wiki, if that show of self-pity is "transitory and leads to acceptance" (which IMO must include that she eventually recognize how her choices might have played a role in what led to Isabella's murder) then she will truly suffer for her loss of Isabella. Time will tell.

TG clearly is grieving for "Bella", but entirely from her own perspective, "why me" ...not, "Bella will never play in the park again. Bella will never get to dance at her prom." ...wow.

Hopefully TG's main course of "why me" will completely digest from her mind after the shock of the murder of her baby girl subsides to some manageable level. If she does not come around, then we might conclude her seemingly complete lack of self-awareness runs too deeply within (a psychological disorder? mental illness?) and she most likely would need therapy to recover. Frankly, I perceive minimal chance of recovery. TG will be lost for quite some time, if not for the rest of her life.

Is TG simply a 'sc*m of the earth' who deserves to suffer tenfold what Isabella likely suffered? Justice must prevail. So, what is justice in this case? Should we hold the mentally ill to account for their actions? In certain cases, yes. This might be one of those cases. But then, how could we convict a blind man for falling into a sewer drain unless someone had previously warned him it was in his path? I wonder how many people warned TG?

"Federal public defender" ... is that specific to how things work in Arizona courts or is there also a Federal interest in this case?

RF is not in jail, as I understand are the rest of the "burglary ring"? Did RF turn State's evidence? If so, is it possible Isabella's fate was the result?

I know, not a simplest explanation, but all avenues should be explored and / or eliminated.

This map marks (green arrow) the likely location of where Isabella's body was located, as per coordinates provided in the indictment documentation:

***warning * graphic***

Indictment documentation also indicates JJR hurt Isabella somewhere between her home and the burial location which, IMO, could mean Isabella was still alive at the burial location or LE is not specifically sure at which location Isabella was eventually murdered.

Just getting caught back up here. The memorial looked beautiful for little Bella. A whole community comming together to support each other. The balloon release was quite emotional. Bless her.

The new interveiw with mum, "why didn't you stay in bed?". If you could ask your daughter one question, that's what you'd ask? Really? Not "are you at peace? " You know I love you?"
I do find that strange. If Tania stopped trying to make this about her and spoke more of Bella, the things she liked, how special she was, lovely memories of her daughter, and how much she was loved and will be missed, she may have a more positive response from the public.
I do wish someone close to her could help her see this.

In the above link it states a charge of abandonment of a dead body.
It reads that JJR knowingly moved a dead body with the intent to conceal the body or parts.
Are we to take this that Bella wasn't killed were her body was found in the wash?
