I seen that on a different page. Question for the mods as I'm confused to the Facebook pages and what we can do. Can we discuss this comment? Or other linked comments? Or are we only allowed to view the link and leave it at that. Also would I be correct in thinking you can't link to closed groups only the public ones like in this link? Probably stupid questions but I'm easily confused.

He told me he drowned a puppy in a plastic bag before.” According to witnesses Rector was caught stealing clothing inside a local Wal-Mart with mud stained clothing turned inside out. The mother of the young girl was believed to have driven Rector to the Wal-Mart sometime around 10:00-10:30 p.m. Tanya, Bella’s mother, had told the conflicting story to friends that she noticed her daughter missing by 10:00 p.m. when she had told authorities 1:30 a.m.

I hadn't heard tania had 'allegedly' drove JJR to walmart. I wonder if there were witnesses to this. Maybe Walmart staff or they're on CCTV. Interesting x

He's scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 19 and a federal public defender has been assigned to represent him.

"Federal public defender" ... is that specific to how things work in Arizona courts or is there also a Federal interest in this case?

RF is not in jail, as I understand are the rest of the "burglary ring"? Did RF turn State's evidence? If so, is it possible Isabella's fate was the result?

I know, not a simplest explanation, but all avenues should be explored and / or eliminated.

His most recent arrest also included that he was caught with a gun after being prohibited from having possession of one .... could that be the reason this a federal offense?...(MOO)

We're missing a key piece to this puzzle in a very big way I think and that's due to the proliferation of conflicting information from so many involved. There is no clear or identifiable motive that we can put our finger on however LE (clearly) has way more information that we do.

I was about to post a few minutes ago that we have the murderer in custody, let's just back up a bit and let LE sort through the mess, back up on TG (we know what she is and her role in this tragedy and we've discussed her ad nauseum), but now after I read that news story I don't know what to think.

Quite the cast of characters, stories, lies and bad behaviour all around.

And, finally, that Facebook Group is beyond offensive and I'm surprised Facebook hasn't taken it down. I'm not defending anyone here however it's original purpose was to remember Bella in a caring and loving way. That is no longer the case and it is filled with threats, vulgarity and offensive material. It ceased to be about Bella awhile ago and it now all about people venting their anger and expressing their hate in the most repulsive and disgusting manner. Not the place to be doing this, IMHO.

I agree about the Facebook it's awful makes me thankful for websleuths. But it's so crazy I can't not look. Sad thing is some good comments get lost in the mess.
And demented is the best word to describe this whole case IMO. We are definitely missing a big part.

Looking at Google maps, it appears the land is also part of Fort Mojave Indian Reservation. If so, then he would be assigned a federal public defender.

What's the fort? Is it in the garden or like a play area?

I'm reluctant to trust the new information in that story. It appears much of that information was gathered from comments on a "group post". The only person actually cited was the guy saying he knew JJR since Jr. High. Although what he says could be true, I'm not holding too much merit in it.

When I first read what she said I was taken aback and shook my head, and though I still think it an odd thing to say at the funeral, I wonder if she meant it as "what happened to cause you not to stay in bed?"... in a way, trying to figure out if JJR directly said or did something to cause her not to stay in bed...and then what was done or said.

Of course, that's assuming TG did in fact last see her in bed.

I personally wonder if the shifting stories are because she's really not sure when she last saw her or what she was doing when she last saw her.

I thought the children were getting ready for bed when they left? Getting ready for bed in the fort? TG came outside to the fort and told the kids to get ready for bed? JR was..... also outside *watching the kids*, on the same side of the slider (outside) as the children? Though Tania 'never saw Justin here', she thought he left, because.....no apparent reason.

And if Bella had just stayed in bed, not where she last saw her, she'd still be alive today?

What if she hadn't seen her all day/night, just knew she was in and out of the house. She may have been in the same general airspace as her Bella for the last 24 hours, but hadn't clapped eyes on her herself all afternoon/evening as she was occupied with her grown-up friends. The grown-ups left as a group after TG hollered a general (get to bed!) while she's half in/half out of the house. She's not sure where Justin was in/out of the house all day because it was labor day, and most of the grown ups were partaking in, for lack of a better phrase, celebrating.

Again: I am NOT excusing TG's behavior! This is a sleuthing web site. This is what we do.

As stated in the wiki, if that show of self-pity is "transitory and leads to acceptance" (which IMO must include that she eventually recognize how her choices might have played a role in what led to Isabella's murder) then she will truly suffer for her loss of Isabella. Time will tell.

TG clearly is grieving for "Bella", but entirely from her own perspective, "why me" ...not, "Bella will never play in the park again. Bella will never get to dance at her prom." ...wow.

Hopefully TG's main course of "why me" will completely digest from her mind after the shock of the murder of her baby girl subsides to some manageable level. If she does not come around, then we might conclude her seemingly complete lack of self-awareness runs too deeply within (a psychological disorder? mental illness?) and she most likely would need therapy to recover. Frankly, I perceive minimal chance of recovery. TG will be lost for quite some time, if not for the rest of her life.

Is TG simply a 'sc*m of the earth' who deserves to suffer tenfold what Isabella likely suffered? Justice must prevail. So, what is justice in this case? Should we hold the mentally ill to account for their actions? In certain cases, yes. This might be one of those cases. But then, how could we convict a blind man for falling into a sewer drain unless someone had previously warned him it was in his path? I wonder how many people warned TG?

We can only draw conclusions that TG has been 'self medicating', which would add to any mental health issues she might have.
IMO it's noble but really naive to think that "we" should have/could have "reached out" and helped this situation before Isabella's
tragic murder. I have huge issues with that line of thinking.
There are countless programs for addicts and social workers and counsellors tripping over one another to help. It's a lot sexier for some reason than helping an average person who has fallen on hard times.
I have read countless posts about society having to reach out and be understanding and supportive. My big question is "HOW DO YOU PROPOSE "WE" DO THAT"?
Anyone who has watched a single episode of Dr. Phil knows that family and friends can grovel and plead but 'these people' have them by the 'shorts' and are calling all the shots. They largely don't want help, don't want to make changes,...Please enlighten me and tell me what we should be doing?
I found my way onto some of the social media sites set up for the purpose of bashing TG, and agree, they are disgusting and represent the worst side of human nature. I am in no way aligning myself with those groups, just to be clear.

This is an interview with TG's cousin today at the Memorial. She said something about 11:04 sounds like she says "left with my daughter", the kids were in the fort playing hide n go seek, and an hour later she got a call Bella was missing. So where's this fort, outside in the yard, in the house, because I thought they were playing hide n go seek downstairs? If they supposedly left at 11:30 for Walmart, who was playing hide n go seek, just Bella and the 10 yo? This timeline is so messed up and just keeps getting messier. Trying to pin it down seems impossible with all the different statements. Ugh.
