I've never heard of a disabled young lady before?

She has been discussed a lot on various social media sites but no one is sure if she was there or not or lives in the house or not. It's difficult to separate fact from rumor with this case but from police and media reports I've seen she doesn't appear to have been present. JMO

Well I bet that's it then! I know I read something like that, just not sure where. Haven't really see it mentioned since the beginning, but I don't follow all those sites or threads within them so I'm sure I missed alot. I don't like rumor stuff, unless its backed up with proof. Yep and they knew police wouldn't stop searching for the underwear and they couldn't ditch it around the burial site so they left them somewhere obvious that could be found. JMO

There's alot of name calling toward Tania on there omgosh!

...but there's also alot of pertinent info on there too. It's actually the best place thus far to find all articles related to Bella & I find it to be a treasure trove for legal links.

Some things appear to be rumor but some stuff turns out true, such as this bc the employee that shared it even posted pictures that included the receipt. To this I say Wow!

If the underwear and jeans found are what she was wearing does this mean Rector carried a half naked (alive or not alive) 8 year old to where he buried her and no one seen this. 11:30 isn't that late. Seems strange to me. And if she was alive at that point and those were her clothes she'd have been making noise or struggling considering she wouldn't have been clothed fully. None of this makes any sense. JMO

My first thought is that clothing items were hastily thrown out. Maybe someone literally threw these (along with the floral print jeans) at someone else and said something like "throw these away!" but the underpants were missed in the commotion and rush.

If the underwear and jeans found are what she was wearing does this mean Rector carried a half naked (alive or not alive) 8 year old to where he buried her and no one seen this. 11:30 isn't that late. I think none of it makes any sense because it seems highly improbable that JR was the only one involved in the act, the clean up and the burial. I mean really, let's think about this for a minute. This scrawny guy has been smoking meth all day/evening at the house. He's not exactly at full reasoning/analytical thought capacity. The fact that he hid his stupid duct taped shoes inside the store (yeah, they'll never find those in a million years!) seems to bear that out.

Him and Bella suddenly disappear around 11:30 that night and the house is magically cleaned up (at some point?) with key clothing items & brown stained paper toweling (which honestly could be anything but I know we're all assuming it was dried blood) stuffed in trash bags & recycling bins? All the while, TG is refusing to allow LE to search the house without a warrant (gee, I wonder why?), and when LE finally does come back with a warrant the day after Bella's body was found, they can be heard on video demanding occupants inside the house come out with their hands up. Obviously, they (LE) perceived some amount of possible resistance from those inside the home.

There's just no way Rector did this all himself. Anyway, I don't believe for a minute that he did. There was some help from someone and some covering up from someone. MOO.

The underwear ON the exterior wall? Sounds like they were tossed out of a window and got hung up on the outside of the house before hitting the ground. Is it a stucco house? I'd like to know what wall they were found on (under what window).

ETA: Or, the undies could be on the wall behind garbage cans, as if someone tossed everything in the cans, but aim wasn't accurate and underwear went behind the cans.

Sorry jojo87 - was an interjection from another trial. Oscar Pistorius trial in South Africa. Jeans were found outside his window, and many on threads wanted that explained..never was...

I hate to say this, but I'm wondering if 10yo's story is accurate....

I don't like to think about it either but have for days now. TG and RF have both been charged with lying to police in previous, separate criminal cases, so we know that's not an issue for them. Is it possible that sister was told exactly what to say? Yes, it's possible. Did sister really call TG at 11:30 and tell her Bella was missing? No doubt LE has a copy of her call logs and can verify this one way or another. At first sister said there was yelling and commotion when she was in the bathroom, then that was discounted by Williams himself during the PC. Why would she say that, if it didn't happen? Or, did TG tell someone that's what sister told her, then sister later told LE that isn't actually what she heard?

The biggest problem here is that lying and sneaking around is a way of life for people who are into drugs and avoiding getting caught. They lie & have others lie for them. So honestly getting a straight story out of these two (TG and RF) isn't going to be easy. If I were a 10 yr old kid and my mom was a druggie and my step-dad was a convicted felon, I'm pretty sure I'd be used to lying too, so that my friends, teachers, etc., wouldn't find out or make fun of me. NOT saying sister did in fact lie, but if she wasn't entirely truthful I don't know of a single adult on this case that wouldn't understand.

I want to know what TG's cousin has to say about what Bella was wearing that night when she (the cousin) saw her playing in the fort around 11pm. Floral print jeans, perhaps?
