I want to know what TG's cousin has to say about what Bella was wearing that night when she (the cousin) saw her playing in the fort around 11pm. Floral print jeans, perhaps?

I guess it's those words that made me think of the photo I saw way back of the outdoor blow up toy... an inflatable it looked like when she was bragging about what a good mother she was. I've spent some time looking for that photo, but can't find it now. Does memory serve me? Anywhooo.... something happened during hide and seek in the back yard blow up that mom mentioned? As a child, I might call that a fort or a place to hide outdoors during hide and seek at night

Me too. What makes me believe these were the clothes Bella was wearing is that they are, so far, the only ones mentioned in the warrant and that she was missing the bottom half. I don't believe it was stated anywhere that police found her bottom half clothing anywhere else.

I think it was on her obituary page, don't know if it's still there.

re:
"girls panties found on the exterior west wall of the home"
"dark gray T-shirt with bleach stains found in an outdoor recycle bin"
"black zip-up hoodie found in a trash container in the driveway of the home"
"blue jeans with a flower print found in a trash bag"
"white trash bag containing paper towels with brown stains"
"bed linens from [Isabella] Grogan-Cannella’s bed"
"portion cut out of a mattress from inside the home"

The west wall is the front of the home. The panties, IMO, were either tossed downward from an upstairs window (but I thought the girl's 'bedroom' was downstairs?) or they were tossed upward from the ground in an attempt to hide the panties on the roof. JJR is a meth-thinking 'genius', no doubt.

The grey t-shirt and hoodie spell "JJR" all the way .. just check his MySpace photos.

JJR would not be wearing girls jeans.

JJR did not shoplift pants at the Wal-Mart (no indication in reports) ..he would not be wearing his jeans during the crime, no need to change.

We all probably assume the paper towels were stained with blood (dried blood on paper towels appears as a brown stain).

Linens and portion of a mattress: leads us to assume the first crime scene is Isabella's bedroom. JJR suggested to Isabella they "hide" in her bedroom while the sister would "seek" them or when she went to the bathroom? Seems unlikely; would the sister not search in the bedroom(s)? I'm thinking JJR and Isabella were already "hiding" in the bedroom (or elsewhere) while the sister was looking for them outside the home (playing hide and seek).

We can only assume Isabella was wearing the flower-print jeans. Remember the 911 call, how RF wanted to verify with Isabella's sister what Isabella was wearing because "they like to change a lot". Did RF already know? He slipped up?

The more I think on this the more I believe RF also is involved, TG not so much. TG and Isabella's sister would fear RF to the point of lying? It has been noted how RF seems to be 'all over' (touchy-feely) TG while in public.

If he is, he's good (listen to the 911 call) but why the discrepancy regarding what clothing was described during the 911 call and what LE removed from the house? Or, is there more than one crime .. the girl's jeans belong to another perp .. the GM or the cousin? I will not assume the sister is even capable of such a thing!

So may possibilities....

I think he mentioned "they like to change a lot" because he had no clue (didn't pay attention) to what Bella was wearing and he knew that would make him look bad?

But it doesnt fit with ANY timeline. Are we to believe he killed Bella used bleach to clean removed bottom half of her clothing top half of his covered in said bleach during a bathroom break her sister said was a few minutes? Then went walking half naked to the burial site with a half naked 8 year old without being seen. Shoplifted half naked from the waist up without being stopped by security. JMO

JJR didn't act alone, no doubt in my mind now. JMO

It is assumed the first crime (rape, if in the bedroom) occurred between 11:04 PM (cousin and her daughter left) and 11:30+ PM (Isabella's sister calls TG) ..sometime after 11:04 PM Isabella's sister realizes she can not locate Isabella and JJR (she assumed they were hiding outside?) and eventually calls TG by 11:30 PM. Is a 26+ minute period (TG and RF have to check out / leave Wal-Mart and either drive or walk home - was it reported how they arrivd to and left Wal-Mart?) enough time to rape / murder? Certainly. As for removal from the house and to the burial location, how long was it until TG and RF returned to the house to begin searching? JJR would have been well in to the 2nd half of the crime ..assuming he is the only perp.

I am not sure about the bleaching / washing of clothes ..I don't think it was an in-the-washer attempt ..this was a hand-wash attempt in the bathroom as JJR washed his hands.. ..plenty of time to fit that within the first crime scene period.

Of course, JJR and Isabella could have been tagged to "seek" while Isabella's sister hid ..which would have given JJR more time to do what he did.

Question - Since the 10 y/o was taken away from Tania by CPS...again...is there a no-contact order in place? If so, is that standard procedure? Would the no-contact order be listed on an online court doc search? Would the no-contact be in the same jurisdiction as where Tania/Ralphy/Justin (or any other person at the center of this case) lives or where the 10 y/o lives?

This is the inflatable http://www.littletikes.com/content/ebiz/shop/invt/632914/632914_slam-n-curve-slide_xalt1.jpg (I didn't post the actual shot because there are 2 little girls in it) but this is the same one.

I was under the assumption that he tossed his muddy shirt on the way to Walmart, therefore he'd have had 2 shirts on - maybe a long sleeve shirt over a short sleeve shirt.

ChuckMaureen brought up a good point - Rector's pants. Did he shoplift pants or shorts? We know he stole underwear, a shirt and shoes. What about socks?

The reason I believe he ditched his shirt on the way to Walmart is bc he ditched the rest of his stuff in Walmart, so why wouldn't that shirt be included as well if he had it on when he entered the store? I also don't see him going into Walmart without a shirt at all, so that leads me to think he had on a couple shirts that evening. Maybe 2 tees or a tee & a tank?

I want to know about pants. Didn't we read his clothes were found in a trash can inside of the store? Anybody have that article handy that described clothes being found at the store? I wonder if his pants were included as well.

There was no mention of "pants" regarding JJR's "ditching" and Wal-Mart shoplifting.

The hoodie is an odd item this time of year. It was very high temps, unless evening temps are 50 or lower?

JJR would have changed to clean clothes before leaving house as as not to 'draw attention' to himself, regardless of what he was carrying ..meth-thinking. He would have ditched his replacement shirt after digging....?

You're saying he would have changed clothes after murdering Bella and burying her, then going to Walmart to change again bc he was muddy from burying her? If he murdered her in the house and carried her naked from her waist down to where he buried her, why would he care about his clothes being dirty? If he actually carried her half naked to the spot where he buried her, I don't see him worrying to much about his clothes before disposing of her.

IMVHO, it all points to someone else assisting...

IMVHO, she either feels guilty for not being there to protect Bella or has something to feel guilty for. Police look at eye shifts when questioning suspects fwiw.

Tania's interview:

1:52 People need to know that I'm not...(1:54 sharp eye shift to her right)...(deep breath)... (1:55 sharp eye shift to her right) the person responsible...1:57 The person responsible...(eyes grow large looks right then back again)...1:58 (eyes big) is sitting behind bars right now...

I've been trying to follow this case, but haven't been able to read everything, so if I am missing something ...
I see why some feel "others" may have been involved in cleaning up the crime scene, or even in the crime itself. The whole timeline is sketchy at best.
But I don't see Rector covering for anyone else in that home, not now at least. He's sober, in jail, and only thinking about how best to save his own neck.
One thing that keeps coming to mind is that jail visit Tania tried to make. She stated she wanted to ask him "why". But what if it was really about trying to tell him "what to say"?

Personally, I'm still on the fence about RF & TG. Are they truthful, NOPE. But that doesn't mean they were involved or had knowledge of what happened to Bella that night. TBD, I guess.

I found a twitter link for the case, maybe they will post the PC and SW at some point https://twitter.com/mohavecourts

ETA- For those of you asking if the exterior of the house is stucco. The video shows that it is stucco, also shows the exterior walls. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OcQVUMSgNGY&feature=youtu.be

As usual, I agree. ;)

I don't see him covering for anyone else either but I think it's entirely possible he's afraid of certain people. FACT: in the drug culture there are always many many violent people that know how to shut other people up, and have no problems doing it.
