Preliminary hearings for some or all of the five may be cancelled; the grand jury was scheduled to review their cases Thursday. If indictments are handed down, those cases will be transferred to Superior Court in Kingman

sounds as if hearings are anticipated to take place today but could be cancelled if GJ didn't meet etc and the pretrial stuff could be dealt with or dropped......guess we don't know for sure at this point
BH JC -- Tania made her first appearance via video conference I believe.....so IF they are still being housed in Kingman perhaps they did a video conference again?

And so the neighbor admitted to having a 'drug relationship' with Folster. I'd lay odds he also had a 'hide the drugs' relationship with the Grogan-Folster-Nicholsons the night Bella was murdered.

Also...

Paperwork completed by Grogan during the booking process indicates she is attempting to regain custody of her other daughter from Child Protective Services, and that she is pregnant.

Hmm. You could be right. I read it slightly differently. I read it as: if the GJ handed down indictments yeaterday, then the hearings for today would be cancelled, because the cases/indictments would be transferred to a different court, the Superior Court in Kingman. :dunno:

poor TG last three months have been action packed: july fiancé getting busted, week later getting married, six weeks later daughter murdered, got pregnant, got busted for trafficking month after daughter got murdered...... yikes....oh yes new husband got a girlfriend too

I am not sure but I ''thought'' we would have heard if that were the case ((indictments)). ..... hopefully someone more knowledgeable can clear this up

You forgot to add that she was also attempting to regain custody of her surviving daughter. Dealing meth and proving to CPS you're a fit parent is a delicate balancing act, I tell you. :waiting:

I don't understand how Tania doesn't make the correlation between her lifestyle choices, what happened to Bella, and trying to get her daughter back? Even a simpleton would comprehend that continuing to deal/use drugs puts custody in jeopardy. Let alone being able to keep her newborn when the time comes.

Did any of you follow the Aliayah Lunsford case? Her incubator, also kept having children (three, after sweet little Aliayah went missing). All were removed from her custody, and hopefully are in loving homes. She's in prison again, right now for MORE probation violations!

This whole situation is heartbreaking and seems so hopeless. What does it take to get through to someone like this?
