I can't find anything? The only thing I can find is a couple of comments on facebook that TG and RF have been indicted by a grand jury and are set to appear in court again on the 31st Oct at 1.30pm but that is RUMOUR only.

If that's true then we're back on with the same day as Gabe Gaeta's next hearing. It's gonna be a busy Haloween!:dracula::ghost:

I don't understand how Tania doesn't make the correlation between her lifestyle choices, what happened to Bella, and trying to get her daughter back? Even a simpleton would comprehend that continuing to deal/use drugs puts custody in jeopardy. Let alone being able to keep her newborn when the time comes.

Did any of you follow the Aliayah Lunsford case? Her incubator, also kept having children (three, after sweet little Aliayah went missing). All were removed from her custody, and hopefully are in loving homes. She's in prison again, right now for MORE probation violations!

This whole situation is heartbreaking and seems so hopeless. What does it take to get through to someone like this?

Apparently, the answer is nothing will ever make TG take notice of what she's doing with her life. In her mind she will always be the victim of circumstances beyond her control. Her lack of insight prevents her from conducting her life in an appropriate way.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I firmly believe the only solution is to remove her children from her, including her unborn child, and isolate her from the rest of society.

She's done enough.

Yep, Tania just doesn't get how skewed her worldview is.

Grogan never got the chance to ask her question. “He already had a visit, so I wasn’t able to go in,” she said, adding that she’s not giving up. “I’m going to try and get a confession out of him.

Which reminds me. Long ago WS used to have a calendar that we could look up information for important dates on cases...but the calendar now, it's only Birthdays? (or am I remembering a different trial site that no longer exists?) I had sent a note to a mod right after upgrade, but don't think I ever got a response. Is there another "go to" place to find such in a calendar format as I've missed some things I wish I hadn't?

Shells for a .22-caliber weapon and shell casings were located, as well, but no weapons were found. A spent shell was located beneath one of the beds in the home.

That might indicate this case could expand to include that Bella was shot while in the house but the autopsy reportedly lists COD as 'asphyxiation by strangulation', so that leaves this: will there be murder / attempted murder charges forthcoming ...who was the victim and who was the perp ...or could that simply be a random firearm discharge (fooling around)?

I am grateful that they were successful.....so many times neighbors know, friends know and LE needs the proof but is unable to get it ..... hats off to the LEO's who were successful --
