IMO Ralphy knows what he has done and is now bricking it. 2HRS to surrender this is not a man unfamiliar with jail. He knows what's ahead of him JMO.

We never heard a follow up on all the evidence they found at the home. The mattress section, bleach stained towel, jeans, child's underwear, 'brown' stains....

It certainly looked like there was MUCH more to this story. I contend that these arrests are a way for LE to elicit more info. It was no secret that this house was a hot-bed of drug activity and after the initial searches, the tips pouring in about the residents activities and drug connections, it's not like LE didn't have enough to arrest them on any number of charges. I theorize that they wanted a big enough charge to scare them into divulging their involvement.

The fact that RF seemed scared enough of this arrest as opposed to any other of his past arrests adds to my theory that they know that this is bigger than just drugs.

Bullhead Police Press Release:

UPDATE
Drug Sales Arrest*

Bullhead City (Ariz.) – October 16, 2014 – Bullhead City Police have additional information regarding yesterday’s drug sales arrests at the home of Tania Grogan and Ralph Folster. Detectives also arrested Folster’s girlfriend, mother and neighbor.*

During the two-hour standoff with Ralph Folster, he called his girlfriend, 21-year-old Niki Elizabeth Fox, and asked her to create a diversion in an attempt for him to escape. Fox called 9-1-1 and falsely reported that an officer had been shot at a local gas station. In another attempt for patrol units to leave Folster’s location, a call was made approximately 15 minutes later by a male subject who reported an officer was down at a local motel. Both reports were unfounded.*

Fox was arrested on October 16th at around 1:30 a.m. at her residence in the 300 block of Church Street. She struggled with police and was arrested for hindering prosecution, resisting arrest and false reporting to law enforcement.

Bullhead City Police also arrested Folster’s mother, 59-year-old Freddie Lynn Nicholson, for possession of drug paraphernalia and transportation of dangerous drugs. During the homicide search warrant conducted on September 4th, police located a methamphetamine pipe in Nicholson’s bedroom. During the course of the narcotics investigation, detectives learned that Nicholson assisted Tania Grogan with her drug sales inside the residence.*
Police also arrested their neighbor, 27-year-old Jaime Medrano. During the standoff, Folster had climbed up in the attic and gained access into the neighboring duplex. Medrano was arrested for hindering prosecution after police learned that he had harbored Folster in his residence during the course of the standoff for about two hours.
No one else was at the residence at the time of the search warrant, Wednesday. Police located some drug paraphernalia items in the home. Grogan and Folster’s drug sales charges stem from the information gathered from the month long narcotic investigation.*

Are you kidding? Thank God these people are so ...... ( fillintheblank) . Good thing they're off the streets and away from children and traffic and electricity and sharp objects where they might hurt themselves or others.

even scarier.....RF's new gf, NF was setting up diversions by calling in false reports. At the VERY SAME TIME, there were 2 housefires....one just blocks away from the the crime house, and one on the other side of town. I know the house nearest to the crime house was completely destroyed by fire, and there was a report (not yet confirmed) that a small child was suffering smoke inhalation.

Gosh, that might explain any hesitation at calling LE the moment they knew an 8 year old child was missing in the middle of the night. Might also explain the amnesia about who Bella might have been with.

Imagine the 911 call:

Operator: So you lost her at the Wal-Mart...

RF: No no no. We smoked meth all day, then we went to Walmart and left the kids home with my mom, who ALSO smoked meth. We left Bella at home, getting ready for bed in the living room where Justin Rector also sleeps, when he's not buying or smoking meth from us.

Operator: What does her sister say?

RF: She says that after we left, Justin Rector was playing hide and seek with them. As unrelated felons do. After he smoked meth in our house all day. Now he's gone too, come to think of it. Probably a co-inky-dink.

Operator: Do you have any idea where she might be?

RF: Nope. No idea. No names of adult people who were at the house all day, but are no longer at the house, come to mind...

Operator: Where's the mom?

RF: Hiding paraphernalia and any evidence of our meth and heroin distribution business. Why do you ask?
