Looking at the two sketches of the abductor, one thing the sketches have in common is the hairband. Anyone familiar with this type of hairband? Are they very common, or are they associated with certain groups?

Just thought of this child when speaking with coworkers, over 21 years have gone by. It is quite possible with the proximity to Mexico she was raised there.

Two sketches of an unidentified woman seen at the swap meet were released after Jacqueline disappeared. A witness told authorities that he saw the female lingering around the portable toilets while Castanada and Jacqueline were in the vicinity. Both sketches are posted with this case summary. No one matching her description was at the swap meet when investigators arrived.

Investigators are also searching for an unidentified full-size red pickup truck that was seen near the swap meet at the time Jacqueline vanished. The vehicle is possibly a Ford model and authorities do not know if it is connected to her case.>>

Okay, but why does the first sketch look like Kelly Clarkson to me? (Obviously it’s not — but if someone passed that sketch to me, I’d be like yeah — that’s Kelly.) My point is — does anyone know someone who “kinda looked like Kelly Clarkson” from that area, in 2001, who just moved away — or suddenly had a larger than average baby?
