I wonder whether Mr. Perry was tending to business at that specific address (USCIS), and if so, what was the reason for his visit there. The building is located at the entrance to Butterfield Business Center which appears to have a wide variety of businesses. There is also a Sun Tran bus stop located right at the corner. I wonder whether they've checked the cameras on the bus and at any of the nearby businesses?
