Poor, poor Jerice. No one cares about poor little Jerice, the downtrodden victim and Mother of The Year. So much for using the opportunity to plead for her daughter's safe return! Now that she's a free woman, Hunter was not pleased to see the media.
"The media are vultures. You people are parasites, you don't care about me. Leave me alone," said Hunter. "I'm not talking to the media."
When Linda Williams replied, "We do care about what happened to your daughter," Hunter interrupted, "I'm making a phone call..I'm trying to have a private conversation."
What Jerice, you were expecting the Four Seasons?Hunter said nothing about Jhessye even though she was pressed about her situation. She continued to rail about the media and said she would not be saying anything to the media. Hunter was heard complaining to someone about the jail, saying it was a horrible place and the food was bad.
Perhaps LE made the decision to arrest Jerice for abuse before they had grounds to go after murder charges. Since her arrest, others might've started talking and provided the new leads that LE now wants to pursue.lawyer question: why arrest her in the first place? (re: why not wait if they had all the information from the children)
could it have been to let her know that they are on her 6 (as we say in the military)?
Do our legal eagles have any sense of whether the childrens' foster families would have been notified that this unusual person is once again roaming the streets, before she was released?
Based on 15 years of experience with the AZ foster care system, I would say there is no chance they were notified. On the other hand, JH hopefully, if everything has been handled properly, does not know where the foster homes are located.
Does this release without charges filed mean they couldn't forensically verify the sister's story that J was kept in the closet?
I can't imagine Jerice's neighbors were waiting for her with open arms. The world has turned against her now. Any chance she would become suicidal when all this truly hits her?
y stomach is just in knotts thinking about the message this send to her daughters. I so hope their fosters are keeping them away from the news coverage about this.

I think she's too full of herself for that.
What were they THINKING? This makes no sense to me ...unless they thought she would talk?@? I also feel sorry for her children, and yes its not a good message to send to them!!
She could easily go to their school(s) and pull them out if they weren't forewarnedI'm so frightened for them right now. I really don't care what happens to Jerice, but I want to know that those children are being protected like they should have been all along. These poor kids are going to sleep with one eye open for the rest fo their lives-- who can they trust? I realize I'm getting slightly ahead of myself, maybe AZ will keep these kids safe this time. :twocents:
