Thank you AZlawyer for clarifying!

I'm hoping the information that lead LE to a Tempe trash bin and Butterfield Landfill is not closely tied to those GPS's devices. I don't want a legal stumbling block to compromise jerice's conviction.

I'm not going to get wrapped up in this issue right now, the Landfill search is much more important.

I am having a hard time describing how I feel about the announcement of the day the landfill search will search. I mean, how can I be "happy" about today's news, when there is a strong possibility that a sweet innocent child was thrown out with the trash?

But after reading that there will be 40 people involved, wearing "safety glasses, masks, suits, gloves and especially ordered boots" and that they underwent medical screening and will receive special training, I am hopeful that LE will find the information necessary to bring some justice to Jhessye and give some comfort to those that truly love her.

None of us are happy Marigold, I understand your feelings. It's been four months since Jhessye was reported missing and we have known that LE suspected she was in one of two Landfill's for quite some time now. That in itself has been heart wrenching, knowing she was buried amongst trash.

This case has really challenged me personally. Other cases have angered and disgusted me. But with this one, I have felt overwhelming hatred for jerice and shirley. I feel that jerice is subhuman, what she has done in her lifetime has forever scarred her living children. shirley is the reason jerice is what she is and the way she has ran her mouth makes me literally, want to vomit.

I have an enormous amount of respect for those who raised and truly loved Jhessye. They have left the investigation to LE and remained quiet and dignified in their grief.

I have been away from Jhessye's thread but Jhessye has NOT ever been very far from my mind. I think about and pray for her daily. I pray with all my might that the evidence is found that will put Jerice away FOREVER. I pray there's something that Shirley can be charged with. Most of all, I pray that Jhessye is brought home to those that truly loved her, where she should have been allowed to stay all along. My heart is with the searchers as they undertake this dreadful task!

The search watch will be heartbreaking. Both if they find her and if they don't.

Very informative video on what to expect in the landfill search for Jhessye. When I watched the compactors pushing and spreading the waste, my heart sinks. It seems to be an impossible task. I keep reminding myself to have faith, because when circumstances seem impossible, God says relax, I've got this.

Kudo's to Donna Rossi for her excellent news coverage in this case.

Thank you for posting that. My heart is breaking at the thought of that poor baby buried in that massive hill of trash. God bless those that will be there every day searching for her.

According to the attorney Jerice still believes her little girl is alive and they will be reunited.

Why does he even bother?

Is it just me or is it somehow weird to refer to your child as product of your body? Product?

I find it odd as well. Was this a quote by Jerice? Sorry, have been actively avoiding all her and shirley's statements. I find them too infuriating and I have no wish to be banned for a temper tantrum.

If Jerice used that wording I find it just plain sad. Particularly since we know where Jerice allegedly disposed of Jhessye.

Product of her body? As in Waste?

Again, these women infuriate me so if I took your post the wrong way or am creditting the comment to the wrong individual my apologies.

It's in JeannieC's link above my post, Jerice speaking.

I feel ya there. I also try to avoid anything that Jerice or Shirley/Susie say. It makes my blood boil. But when I saw that, I had to look at the article to see what kind of carp she is saying now.
Quote from article:

Court records show Hunter was accused of using an extension cord and belt to discipline her older children, leaving bruises and open wounds. The Glendale mother says she did it to keep her kids on the straight and narrow.

"I come from a culture to where if you're stealing from people, they will kill you, they will hurt you."

What? What? What in the h$@# are you tallking about Jerice? You torturedyour children because they might steal and then get killed? I will say again- WHAT?!

I can't say what I think of her, it would be WAY against TOS. But hypothetically, even though I am not a violent person, there are some times that I would be willing to do a few months in jail for assault with intent to commit bodily harm. It would be worth it. Hypothetically. If I really hated someone.

Umm, ok, whatever... Is she saying she killed Jhessye because she stole from her?

I'm sure it makes sense in her world... If you steal from people they will hurt you, they will kill you... so Mom might just as well hurt and kill you right now, to save some time.

BBM....

Jerice is going to pay for what she did to Jhessye. And her "culture" won't be a viable excuse even though she might try that one again. Neither will her race card. All her word games won't make one bit of difference.

GPD is on to Jerice, and they are coming after her full throttle.

He bothers because it is huge free advertising for his firm.

Hypothetically, I might share a cell with you ;-)

Part of the article at the link says, ""We know a specific date that we believe the body was removed from the apartment made it's way over to a Tempe trash receptacle then removed on a specific day by a specific truck went to a transfer station was picked up by another specific truck and went to a specific location within the landfill," said Coombs."

A few things crossed my mind...
This isn't the first time I've heard it called a "trash receptacle". I wonder if jerice used a trash can at someone's home, instead of a dumpster?

Also, I wonder if they found any DNA or other incriminating evidence inside of the receptacle?
