I hope they can find some bags with addressed mail or identifiable logos from the junk food restaurants that were collected by the dumpster truck they want to track. Something like that would help them identify the pile of garbage from the particular dumpster truck they want and they wouldn't have to go through everything.

I think Shirley has finally acknowledged the facts. Jerice killed Jhessye and threw her away like she was a piece of trash.

Yes Shirley, you DID raise someone who not only could hurt their own child, which by the way you already KNOW. But also capable of murdering her own flesh and blood. You're backed into a corner now aren't you? GPD is searching, there is nothing left to say now. Even if they can't find our sweet butterfly, they are going after Jerice anyway. Maybe Maasen will take the case pro bono ...

I remember when he appeared in that interview Donna Rossi did with the monster. He sat on the couch and never said a word, nor did he look at the monster while she was speaking. His body language really caught my attention and you're right we haven't seen hide nor hair of him for months. I think someone said he is a Pastor, is that true?

What I was trying to figure out is why he was sued jointly with her when she was evicted from her apartment in January? Isn't that section 8 housing she was living in? Didn't think you needed a guarantor in subsidized housing?

I missed this question earlier. When I had a HUD subsidized apartment almost 20 years ago, I had to have my mom co-sign, as I had no credit. Not sure if Section 8 works the same, but possibly.

Shirley's talking out of both sides of her mouth now. She's finally acknowledging that Jhessye may be in the landfill, but is blaming LE for waiting so long to do the search. I think she knows the gig is up and wants to distance herself from Jerice.

I don't know why they bother interviewing Shirley. Who wants to hear what she has to say? I sure don't. If you ask me they need to just ignore her.

Crews found no sign of a missing 5-year-old Glendale girl on Tuesday, their second day searching a landfill south of the Valley.

But police said the meticulous process to find the remains of Jhessye Shockley, reported missing nearly four months ago, is becoming smoother.

Crews are adjusting to the painstaking process, which is laden with protocols and procedures, said Glendale police spokeswoman Tracey Breeden.

Jhessye's family members were torn by the landfill search.

Lisa Vance helped raise the girl while her mother served time in prison for child abuse involving Jhessye's older siblings. Vance said her family prays faith will lead police to Jhessye's remains.

"I'm very confident that when they go out there, however many days it takes, they are going to find Jhessye," Vance said. "They just have to."

Yeah Shirley....it's all about you. Jhessye is dead, murdered by Jerice, and lost in a landfill....and yet you still talk about yourself. You hold responsibility for what happened to that beautiful little girl just like Jerice does. Both of you are guilty.

You should've helped Jhessye while you still could.

It was another part of the interview that was on abc 15's 5 o'clock newscast. The 2nd part was at 6 o'clock but wasn't posted on their site. I can't remember all the particulars, but Shirley was basically blaming GPD for letting her baby lay in the landfill with flesh falling from her bones because they'd waited so long to start the search. I thought it was pretty disturbing.

I believe Jerice..learned that behavior from her mother *snort* and instead of treating her children the way she would have liked to have been...decided to embrace the evil and take it a step further. ugh.
Please let them find our butterfly....
