How peculiar that we've heard nothing from Shirley. After all, isn't it a waste of time looking for Jhessye in a landfill when "someone close to her" is hiding her? I wish tapatalk had the eyeroll smilie.

I just pray that sweet lil Jhessye can properly be laid to rest by the people who loved her so much. Let today be the day they find her.

The suitcase/rolling bag in the photo's above may belong to the crime scene technicians? I thought I remembered seeing more photo's of them carrying things out of the apartment, but can't find them now.

Doesn't matter though. If LE does find something, the Monster's DNA will be all over it. Somehow they will be able to link it back to her. Wonder how she's sleeping these days? Are you able to keep up the farce jerice, or just avoiding all human contact? Probably the latter ...

Thats weird, it runs for me. It is retired Asst Tempe Chief discussing the landfill search. When I get home fcrom work I will try to find a better link to the video

Thank you! This is a great link. It explains so much about why it took this long to start searching, what the chances are of finding Jhessye, and the obstacles they are facing.

I can't imagine being out there for 3 months and having to make the decision to stop.

We believe we're currently searching in the most probable area of the landfill for locating Jhessye's remains," Breeden said.

Workers on the scene at the Butterfield landfill are searching through a 36,000 square foot area that has a total of 6,000 tons of trash.

"We're searching through small sections at a time of our larger area of interest," Breeden said.
