Pythia, welcome to WebSleuths!

IIRC they said they are going to search as long as it takes. They were thinking it was going to take a couple months(?), but I don't remember hearing any end date they had in mind.

It's been awhile could you refresh my mind on the random attempted kidnappings in the area? The only one I'm remembering is the one that the "POI" mentioned as the cause of Jhessye's disappearance.

How far does one need to reach to believe that a random stranger came and found little Jhessye severely beaten, starved and abused, stashed in her mother's closet and then this stranger smuggled Jhessye out of the house in broad daylight, completely unseen by all?

Odder still is Jerice coming home, finding her darling daughter missing, then cleaning up after the kidnapper with bleach, removing all possible evidence that this random stranger had ever been in her house!!

Your post lays it out very well.

LE knows who did it. They aren't searching the landfill because Jhessye was abducted by some random stranger.

Bumping this back to page 1. Sure hope she is found soon and justice served.

Jhessye, you are not forgotten! Praying that you will be found TODAY!

Me too Opie. I can't stand the thought of that beautiful little girl being lost in a landfill forever.

Praying this is all working to Jhessye's benefit. I don't understand but I but I believe.

Amen

Those searchers have my utmost admiration.

Amen to that. People who do searches like this under adverse conditions have all of my respect and admiration. I wish I lived close enough to go and help or that I could at least be there to assist the searchers by offering them cold drink, fresh wet wipes to wipe their faces and anything else i could think of to make their job easier.

It is spring and I see all of the beautiful butterflies emerging from their cocoons after being hidden away for so long. I am praying that our butterfly princess Jhessye soon appears as well.

I can't say enough for the searchers looking in those conditions. In a landfill, in extreme heat? They are truly heroes to endure such EXTREME conditions. I can only hope they have a butterfly that flutters by to give them guidance and strength to keep on searching.

Just talked to DD in Glendale. It is 91 degrees right now (7:30pm their time).

It is a sad note that these wonderful men and women care more about Jhessye than Jerice and Shirley ever did.

I am continuing to pray for the health and safety of the searchers. May God lead them to his angel Jhessye.

I'm getting discouraged by it taking so long. Please remind me not to give up. I know Jerice is probably thinking she out smarted everyone and I don't want her to get away with it! Jhessye is a beautiful little girl that deserved so much better than she had with Jerice and I want justice for her!

MOO

Everytime I start to feel worried, LE makes a statement saying they are very confident and feel they are in the right place. Just remember how much garbage they have to sift, piece by piece, by hand. They will find her and it will take a while! God bless you for being concerned.

LE does seem pretty certain that Jhessye is in that landfill, and they seem to have an idea of where she is....so I'm clinging to that.

I hope Tycora and her family can get the peace and healing they need by laying Jhessye to rest in a dignified manner. The birthday that just passed had to have been excruciatingly painful for them.

http://www.myfoxphoenix.com/dpp/news/local/glendale/possible-child-abduction-in-glendale-04122012

The SUV left the area, which is the same area where Jhessye Shockley was abducted.

I sincerely hope a child was not abducted today but this news outlet needs to get it right. This possible abduction did not happen near the "same area where Jhessye was abducted" because Jhessye Shockley was NOT abducted. She was tortured, murdered and dumped in garbage by her mother.

I am writing a very strongly worded email to this outlet immediately.
