the detective continues to ask about her time in CA and she continues to dance round the issue then asks him why don't you just come out and ask, I know you know so just ask, referring to her prison term for child abuse. Speaking about that child abuse which severed her parental rights to Jhessye's siblings.

"I had a rough time years ago. A huge mistake was made."

Note it is about her. SHE had a rough time. Note she did not make mistakes. A huge mistake was made, but she does not own it as her own.

Oh yeah. I will be back later on tonight to comment on this video. Watching makes my skin crawl, but I will because finally, finally I am hearing from the monster herself.

I'm dropping by briefly again to read the latest updates. This case - the way Jerice (mis)treated sweet Jhessye just makes me too ill to regularly read this thread. It's compounded by the fact that she had a loving home that she was ripped away from - people who loved her dearly and fought for her. My heart breaks for them. Any penny they get from their case, they deserve. I do not think they are in it for the money. I know they aren't. They want some form of justice of Jhessye. Someone needs to fight on her behalf.

I said I would post on the LE interviews but must confess, I am really struggling to get through those videos. It is still a work in progress. I have a very distinct physical reaction to them. But I will get through them. I owe it to Jhessye. Once I've managed to get them all viewed I will comment further.

Someone who attended court says that someone presenting himself as a "Rev. Baker" attempted to tell the court he can prove Jhessye is not in teh landfill. He also tried to talk to family members but they were as mistrustful of this guy as the court apparently was and therefore, would not speak to him.

My guess, someone aligned with SheWhoLies is trying to muddy the waters. SheWhoLies's attorney will not put forth this "witness" or his "proof" because the attorney cannot suborn perjury. Therefore the gentleman tried to bring it to the court's attention on his own. As he is not a party to the case he cannot do so and his motion was denied.

Another tidbit. SWL (a/k/a Jerice hunter) was in an arm brace at court the other day.

Rumor has it her arm is broken due to some sort of confrontation with a CO. No clue if the reason rumored for the arm brace is true or not.

BBM The only evidence he could possibly have proving that Jhessye isn't in the landfill -- unless I'm missing something -- would be Jhessye herself. If he could produce a live Jhessye, I don't know of anyone who would object.

uggh. One day I am going to learn to quit looking at Shirley Johnson's FB page. She is on there begging for help to protect her grandkids from CPS, and telling her usual lies about how she has been wronged by the state of AZ, she is going broke fighting the good fight, for love of her grandchildren, blah blah blah. And to make matters worse, she posts alleged info about each of Jhessye's siblings claiming they are being neglected and maltreated in foster care.

As if she would recognize neglect, abuse or maltreatment if I slapped her in the face with it!

I am sick to death of that woman.
