One of the last reported things we know Alex said was "I think I'm their fall guy."

They manipulated and shaped him into their assassin. He's 100% responsible for his own actions, don't get me wrong, but all the people he killed or tried to kill benefitted Chad and Lori's plan to get rid of their spouses and Lori's kids and get rich, and, in the case of the attempt on Brandon Boudreaux, get rid of an annoyance. His previous run in with the law was an assault on Lori's ex, Tylee's father. I think his whole life, he was Lori's attack dog, her enforcer.

MOO
I gather that AC's violent history with another one of her ex-husbands won't be coming into this trial?

Did AC get ex-communicated one time for sexually assaulting a 15 yr old girl?
Not reported to LE just the church?
LVD let her teen daughter TR go live with him.
And to think that LVD's parents and family supported her and brother AC and turned on Adam Cox.
imo

Hopefully this is okay to put on here. It is relevant to the case IMO. It is direct communication from Charles to the insurance company where he is trying to change his life insurance beneficiary and is told there are problems with his account. WOW, he is pizzed!

CV referred to the money LVD took, curious just how much?
She wasn't employeed and kept taking off and living/renting (s) elsewhere.
Did Daybell support her or maybe unbeknownst to CV he was supporting Daybell too?
imo

@iamshadow21 interesting. I remember back in the '70's, when there were so many extremists. It seems like CD was definitely one of those, always predicting "worse case scenarios" for "Rapture" on a daily basis.

i opted to watch kay on the stand today, and i've likely watched the replay another 5 or 10 times since then... well, the cross-exam part, anyway. kay took that drink of water, laced her fingers in easy preparation and replied to the conspiratorial murderer's final question with the truth and confidence of a hero - a loyal sister to charles, and loving grandmother to jj. i enjoyed watching kay knock low-low off her pedestal.

I also wondered if the jurors are becoming more aware of something going on in Idaho as SS said she talked to two detectives from Idaho. It is now more info on record that there was something going on in Idaho that required some witnesses to have given testimony there and two Idaho detectives talking to SS. LVD insisted on asking about what on earth detectives from Idaho would think to get information from SS and I was really hoping that her insistence could finally open the door.

And her asking NJH about Brandon B must have confused the jury. BB is not part of this trial and I don't remember him being talked about related to CV's murder during the trial up to this point.

IMO Lori is not doing a good job at representing herself. She spends much of the time asking irrelevant questions and bringing up irrelevant details, often about herself. There was no push back against Adam's testimony. During Sarena's cross she tried to disassociate from the term zombies, but claimed that translated beings were part of the mainstream beliefs.

Adam confirmed exactly what we knew already. Other family members didn't come out in a good light, especially for siding with Lori after Charles was killed. I wonder how they will react when Lori calls them to testify. Perhaps she will talk about inane stuff instead of addressing the case.

I was just reminding myself of Lori's police interview. She told them she was in the kitchen when Alex shot Charles, she didn't see it but she heard it, and when she came back into the room she saw Charles on the ground. She only talks about one shot. Tylee only talks about hearing one loud shot, from outside the house, and she thought it might have been the bat hitting the floor.

That puts to bed the theory Lori came up with that the second shot happened as Charles was falling backwards.

I hope Larry was present to provide support to Kay after this grueling testimony.

Green chicken enchiladas is almost as good as Johnny Depp’s Mega Pint line.

I bet she drools and dreams about them constantly, while she's served up with mush and slop.

The prosecutor (Treena Kay) must be loving this! She can basically ask whatever she wants because Lori does not know enough to object. She was leading Adam so much yesterday and Lowlow just sat there.

I noticed that with Kay's testimony yesterday. SO much that should have been objected for hearsay (KW testifying about things that CV told her) and speculation (assigning motives to what LVD was thinking or what her motives were for doing things).

IMO... I think it was far easier for LVD to cross-examine and object on the testimony of the professionals because they are strangers and have limited knowledge of and connection with her. But folks like her brother and sister-in-law and "inner circle" friends? They know way too much, and she knows it, and (IMO), that scares her. She just wants them off the stand as fast as possible before they say too much.

(Either that, or her counsel advised her after the debacle yesterday with Nancy Jo that she should keep her mouth shut for those witnesses who were close to her so that SHE doesn't show too much emotion or say something she shouldn't.)
