Thank you for those links! I can only guess it's because they wanted all their ducks in a row or because they didn't want the parents leaving the state?

Misandry? Sociopathic? I think she just has a lot of behavior disorders but I wouldn't want to guess all of them ;)

If you go to the FB group for Maddie and William that was linked earlier in this thread, some friends of Cassie's are coming out and saying she deceived them.

I've always been fascinated how people outside the family get sucked into it. But it's easy for me to sit here and say it. I grew up with a manipulative stepdad so I know the signs to avoid in other manipulative people. Manipulative people have mastered the art of deception plus they throw everyone under the bus but themselves. It's really a shame that some good people in the community were affected. I would think they would be really angry with her but they just want the baby home safe so I admire that.

Also, as with previous posts, maybe he is in the hospital under a psych hold, because of his apparent loss of memory during the depositions?? Maybe he is starting to recaĺl things, now that he is behind bars. (Yes, snarky I know, couldn't resist.)

Shes personality disordered it seems. But I don't think it's about hating men. She's probably do all that against a woman if it struck her fancy. And don't let the crazy husband off the hook.

In the police reports, friends describe the husband as "so in love w her" and "never saw a man love a woman more". I'm thinking she completely controls him.

There are people that the Jones family has convinced that the police are working for the father's family. So Maddie and William are still being hidden. There is much work to be done to try to find them. There are still various actors that are running interference and being less than truthful - even the ones that per the documents have spoken to police and seemingly came around to cooperate. The big problem is that Casandra and Roland Jones were indicted by a Grand Jury on August 28th and a notice was given. By the time the arrests actually happened it was almost a month later. There has been plenty of time to change things, move Maddie and William, establish new ways to contact, etc.

At this point I think this case is not at the beginning of the end but merely at the end of the beginning.

I do as well. I think a lot of what I see is a man who may be a little squirrelly. People often all about appearances too. They appear to be absolutely perfect while often, one of them have some control issues. It appears as though one of them conducts the train and the other cars ride the rails right behind. Sad, and I hope we are wrong, sadly I'm afraid we will not be.

The days are going by fast and William still isn't with his Daddy. I'm worried. Worried of things I won't even say.

These people would rather save themselves than let William Gouchenour have the life he deserves.

Finally, it's over. I wonder how long this would of carried on if her parents weren't arrested.

Really sad situation for that poor kid. Ugh.
