AZ - Man Caught Having Sex W/4 year old Daughter in Public

Well pardon me, but a lot of people aren't the female Rambo equivalent. And it's very easy to say what you would do when you are safely in your home.

I have an extreme number of health issues and am not a strong person, however, I KNOW what I would do if I saw something like that. It would be me or him, but not the kid. I'm sorry, but people need to step up to the plate. However, if push came to shove, I do have access to and am fully trained to use a weapon. The assault would be stopped, period.

Not to seriously scare everyone, but I just looked on the Arizona Department of Corrections inmate search and he doesn't show up (meaning he probably bailed out).

I almost, almost think that maybe the 911 caller might have not understood what was happening.

the whole assault in public, in a tree, in broad daylight, and the caller ONLY called, did NOTHING to help, along with the pathetic charge, makes me think he might have really been helping the kid in the tree.

I expect if there appeared to be no pants involved, perhaps the baby was wearing a dress or skirt?

that makes more sense to me and MUCH better than an asault taking place. dear heaven, dont let that have happened to this child..

The good news is if you recover and of course it being an autoimmune disease can also reoccur, but if you recover you're usually at about 100%. It hits really fast. You don't feel well. Then you're minding your business and lose feeling in your extremeties. Often you can lose your sight. Like BAM all within a day or two.

So, with this guy what is it? He can't lift his arms? If so why was he soley watching a four year old. I know a guy that has this and he couldn't feed himself let alone put the kids on a sliding board. He is recovered and back at a job that protects and serves. He could go back and forth like Lightin Hopkins.

Where's the child's underwear? Man, even Mrs. Kravitz couldn't mistake that one. Ziggy calling out Mrs. Kravitz.

I think it's really unfair. The 911 caller is a female, and I think it's pretty reasonable that female might not want to confront a male.

Natural instinct like Belinda said. Maybe even more so being female you'd spring into action seeing a child in those circumstances. I firmly believe Belinda would lock and load if necesary.

BTW, in my drive two nights ago a neighbor was screaming at the trash pickers who drive by in their trucks. He was yelling "Move your truck you lowlife's". I don't even bother to look anymore usually when yelling starts. I hear a female voice going "Lowlife? Come down here and say it. Bring it down here and call me that". Soooooooo, I go look and ain't it a chick? My 6 foot 4 neighbor who was running his mouth wouldn't come off the porch.

So, It's fair to say a female could hold her own. JMO Especially Belinda.

I agree with this. If he was really trying to get the little one out of a tree, why wouldn't he ask for help?

If you saw a 4 year old in a tree and you couldn't lift your arms, but someone was close and also could see what was happening, wouldn't you ask them to please help you get the little one down? Why would you run away and leave the child to fall and/or get hurt?

What makes you think the guy run away and left the child? 911 caller does not say he run away and left the child.

The caller told police the man had the little girl up in a tree with her underwear and pants off. He ran away when he realized he'd been seen, the caller told the dispatcher. Officers blocked off the area while they searched for the man.

That is very unconvincing. It's not a direct quote from the 911 call.
This article has a link to the 911 call. Granted it's only partial but she does not say he had run away. And clearly he did not leave the child behind.
