Instead of paying for her own defense, she wants the state to cover it. And what's with the wheelchair ?
As far as news accounts in msm, she wasn't using one when she was arrested.
Still, any monies she has in her account needs to be awarded to those children !

Jailhouse phone calls between Hobson and her father obtained by the state also indicated one of her biological sons – either Ryan or Logan Hackney – withdrew approximately $100,000 in cash from a bank account following their mothers arrest...."
".... Ryan and Logan Hackney were also arrested after Maricopa police said they failed to report their mother's abusive behavior. They were released on their own recognizance last week...."
Poor excuses for sons.

She was also required to submit to the school district proof of the curriculum she was using.
MH didn't do this, and the school district never followed up on it.
One of the failings of this county and state -- if you're going to have laws on the books, the least you can do is to enforce them !
Not to mention -- her sons staying silent.
Apparently the money coming in was too good.
Interesting how one of the sons withdrew a large amount immediately after her arrest.
He knew what was coming....coward.
At least her daughter had a heart !
