It's strange that he doesn't have a record of child sex abuse. I wonder if he is transporter for trafficking? Maybe he was taking pictures to sell online. Maybe he was headed to make an exchange.

He seems to get caught plenty for drugs -- it can't be that he is a better child molester than he is a drug addict, KWIM? just unlucky at the drug thing . . .

Maybe he has ties to another state where he usually does his predator activities, and runs back to AZ, and then gets caught for drugs?

Though this case turned out positive. This is another one where the trucker tv/ amber alert would help. Knowing the type of vehicle truckers could be on the look out. They sit higher up than must vehicles and they can see right down into other vehicles. This pretty little red would of stuck out. I hope the FCC does the right thing an passes this.

Most everyone is from somewhere else out here in AZ. We joke that everyone is from Ohio or Michigan but it's people from many other states & countries.

I found one Larry L with a conviction for murdering a baby in Ark. I believe he is still in prison, sentenced for 40 years. The document had many appeals though. Doubt it was him. I'll keep looking.

I found a Larry L. of Phoenix, AZ, who was a pallbearer at his grandmother's funeral in Wyo. in 2000?

He had her and kept her alive for 6 hours - if they're going to do the deed, don't they usually just do it and then get rid of the child as quickly as possible?

Quite frankly, I would be extremely shocked and overly joyed if he didn't molest her but I just don't see that being the case. He was very brazen and pulled one little girls pants down JUST prior to abducting the little angel. He was obviously manic at the time.......I just don't see his having had her for several hours and didn't do anything else to her. Sorry!

His name is in a Lusk, Wyo. obituary from 2000 as a grandchild of a person, listing him as living in Phoenix.

I can't post it, as it has innocent relatives names also.

Even though his past charges are all for drugs that we know of, this child /pedophile thing just didn't start all of a sudden after 45 years. I wonder if he has been abusing family members, and they have been too afraid to tell?

I did see the Wyoming obit, too, and looks like a large family.

One thing is for certain, this wasn't his first time.

Is is unimaginable that a grown man could/would molest a little 5 year old girl. IMO I truly do not think that pedophiles can be rehabilitated. I would bet that if they faced the death penalty for kidnapping, molestation of a child or castration if they had child you would see a major drop in these occurrences. Too many perpetrators are let off too easy only to commit the crime again. In this instance, since this jerk was a habitual drug user taking photos, God knows what would have happened to this little girl. Remember Shaniya. I hope the prisoners deal with him in prison. Why is our justice system so lenient with perpetrators?

I don't know if it is happening more or the media is just reporting it more. What ever it is, it's just disturbing. Makes me want to move but the scary thing is bad things happen everywhere.

As per the reports, Natalie Flores, a girl of year has become the victim of kidnapping while she was playing with her two sisters on Christmas Day. Her two sisters, who are young kids of 7 year and 9 year age, failed to resist the kidnappers who grabbed the girl and drove away with her. The kids rushed to one of their neighbors’ house and asked for help. It was her neighbor who called 911 and asked for help.
