I emailed the Fallen100 of Arizona too. Hopefully, someone will call the tv outlets and make sure this does not happen again. This happened before IIRC, during the Richard Chrisman trial.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to live stream the entire trial on our website. We have a camera there but the equipment and staffing necessary to turn the camera signal live and have it on our website the entire day is more than we have available today.
This will be a day-by-day basis on whether or not will have a signal to live stream.
When we live streamed the Jodi Arias trial for months - the signal came from In Session/HLN Network and did not involve additional work by our crews. HLN Network has chosen not to live stream this event.

Wow. This is beyond being about Juan Martinez. This is a LEO that lost his life and not to mention they live-streamed the opening statements that probably left people questioning the state's evidence. Wrong imo.

Wow. This is beyond being about Juan Martinez. This is a LEO that lost his life and not to mention they live-streamed the opening statements that probably left people questioning the state's evidence. Wrong imo.

Exactly, because I was one of them. It is really sad that KPHO could not be bothered. What a way to honor Officer Holly

It is not just us that wants justice, it is his family and fellow officers that truly deserve it.

I can understand HLN being a huge help to them or any other station wanting to cover a trial -- huge resources of all kinds -- but if they have a camera set up, etc., etc., then it all comes down to, "What's important? Where do we send our staff?" and Officer Holly & his family apparently do not measure up.... jmho :twocents:

Also, how hard could it possibly be to record from ONE camera and to steam it on LiveStream? It's a ridiculous excuse to pretend to be lacking resources when you are a news media organization with a national affiliation.

Yes, this is about so much more than watching JM in trial, their decision to not assign a staff member to be there daily is regretful.
