i was thinking earlier,this seems to be taking forever but i guess its cause with jodi she had no one to speak for her.

just hope the jury dont buy into this sob story

I'm just sitting here trying to reconcile how this dope-head who huffed and used meth, among other things, and was hit on the head or fell on his head a lot still manages to have an IQ of 116.

Jodi's own "mitigation" first time round was how much she had to give to society from prison. This guy, what has he got to offer for the betterment of society, or it's just that we're supposed to feel sorry for him. Feel sorry for him because he had a rough life and chose, with his superior IQ, to make his own life rough and meaningless...

True that Y/N, and even before he shot Holly he foisted his drugs onto the backseat person (forget which girl it was) with zero regard that she may get busted and go to jail, and his first action towards Holly was to start arguing with him and when he saw he wasn't going to get by, grab his gun and shoot him. Every bit were intentional acts of an extremely self-centered person, not someone under the influence and brain-addled so that he wasn't aware or responsible for his actions. Man, all this excuse-making is such baloney.

All this stuff tells me is that Hulsey was a ticking time bomb. If it hadn't been Ofc. Holly it would have been someone else. This dude is beyond rehabilitation. Far beyond it...and was before he even shot the officer.
