Thanks Niner, mine is set on the Standard editor, maybe if changing it to the Enhanced one I'll also be able to post clickable YTs again as well as get smileys back, I'll give it a shot. Thanks again.

*ThinK* I know why there's no court this week.......extended school year down in Phoenix, so most of the schools went back in session today.

Geesh, really wondering why the jury couldn't come to an unanimous verdict on #2. There has to be some type of parameters for "creating a grave risk of death" that limit the general "he had a gun, he shot the gun, was or wasn't he aiming, people and houses were around", and did they take in effect that a .357 bullet travels in excess off 1,400 feet per second, average, depending on grains? And in a residential area where you could hit a house pitching a rock?
Heck, it's illegal to discharge a weapon within a 1/4 mile of a structure while hunting, and it's certainly illegal to discharge a weapon in an incorporated city without probable cause...........because you just might hit someone.
Hope they come to a verdict on this last part and there aren't a few "dim lights" in the bunch.

#bryanhulsey hearing at 1:30pm to address defenses issues. They want a directed verdict, mistrial and no DP. I'll bring updates.

Looks like defense doesn't want a jury to decide his fate.

They had ample time to find witnesses to try and get him off and they didn't bother.

Not juans problem
